Prestige Hotel Vernon

Excellent staff and managers, beautiful clean rooms! The nicest Prestige Inn I've stayed at! I've stayed in Kelowna (Kelowna was dirty, loud and staff not as nice) and Nelson as well (Nelson was nice)!

The hotel was fantastic, very roomy and clean. I had made an error on my reservation but the staff was who checked me was great!!! My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower.

I stayed here during a trip to attend the funeral of my 28 year old sister. Anna, in the bar stayed open late and let me practise talking about my sister without crying (as I had a speech to give) and Michelle at the front desk also helped me practise my speech and narrow down what I felt I needed to say. The room was very clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel both for the comfort and for the staff that went above and beyond during my stay.

Nice hotel with clean and comfy rooms. Slept like a baby in the bed I had for 4 nights. The Bourbon Restaurant attached is good as well. Staff is also friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.

Just spent 3 nights in Vernon at the Prestige hotel for a hockey tournament. Large clean rooms, great customer service. They went over and above to make sure the kids and parents had a enjoyable stay. Will definitely being staying with them again our next trip up. Thanks for helping us and our team have an amazing weekend!
