  Nice staff, clean facilities, good equipment. Not to busy which is nice. The only downfall is that there is no wifi. This is something I assumed would be available when I signed up but was disappointed when I found out it wasn't available....

  The good ... Good equipment. Fresh air - no smell. Clean. Not busy on off peak times. Friendly staff.
  
  The bad.... ongoing semi-hard sell on selling us personal trainer hours and other services. Must pay extra for hit yoga ( available at other locations only). Overall expensive except when annual corporate membership.
  
  The ugly .... During peak times wait times for machines. Extremely frustrating watching people sitting on machines playing on phones ( between sets) - they could stand or sit elsewhere between sets!!! The staff should try to discourage the useless hogging of machines.

  Nice place, way better than Algonquin College’s gym. There r two floors of equipments, and two message chairs!
