(February 2, 2019, 2:16 am)I only started spinning at Inner Soul about 1 month ago but I love it so far! You really can go at your own pace so all fitness levels can attend. The music is awesome. I have been attending the lunchtime spin which fits perfectly in my schedule. All staff that I have come across (front desk, instructors) are very friendly and make you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend!!

(August 25, 2018, 12:46 am)In my opinion, the perfect combination. It's simple, and it's all you need! Energetic spinning classes to blow off steam, and yoga for relaxtion. I alternate beteen spin and yoga weekly. Love this place...staff are fantastic and truly make you feel comfortable and welcome!

(August 15, 2017, 1:15 am)I highly recommend Inner Soul Yoga & Cycle. I've struggled all my life to find an exercise program I enjoyed enough to commit to. I've finally found it!! Victor and Lindsey are welcoming and motivating! The have a place for every fitness level, so if you are thinking about trying it, just do it!! You can go at your pace and there is always room to push yourself to the next level, when you are ready. The classes are fun, energizing and effective! Thank you Victor and Lindsey! (Also want to give a shout out to new instructor Michelle....her classes rock as well!)

(February 22, 2017, 3:07 am)This club is “MAGICALLY MOTIVATING”. I love the atmosphere when I walk in the door & see how the staff and the members treat one another. Not only are the owners Victor and Lindsey down to earth, they along with the other spinning instructors are very knowledgeable, passionate and professional in every aspect. The classes are fun and challenging with the absolute BEST music. Overall the energy is always positive and the workouts are always intense. Now for the yoga... I have received so much support and guidance from these top of the line instructors.. Honestly, I don't think you could find a better yoga studio in the entire city. Morning yoga is a perfect start to the day and I always leave feeling happy and ready to conquer the world. This club is a true gem!

The owner, Victor, is a good spinning instructor, and he is also a very attentive, professional, and welcoming business person. I really like the yoga teachers as well, and the yoga room is a lovely space that makes practicing a pleasure. I highly recommend Inner Soul.
