We are satisfied with our purchases. We spoke to genuine staff, who actually seemed to care about us and our needs. We got a good deal and will be returning! I would recommend this location, but dont go when it's a holiday weekend. The first time we went, they acknowledged us but took way too long as there were so many customers waiting and we ended up leaving. Second time around we had much better service.

When my mother first walked into Michael Hill on Christmas Eve, 1 hour before close, she was extremely lucky that Davyn was there. He provided such an extraordinary customer service experience. Flash-forward 1 month later (when her daughter accidentally broke her new bracelet, sorry mom!) and he saved the day with a smile again. Davyn is one of those rare beauties who really inspires customer loyalty. A huge thank you to Davyn and the team at Michael Hill Markville Mall.

If you go to this Michael Hill, be sure to ask for Michelle L. She is absolutely amazing! We got an engagement ring custom made and she worked with us over the span of a few weeks before we made a final decision. She worked really hard, looking for the perfect loose diamond within our price range but also with an amazing qualities. She listened to everything we wanted and more. I just felt very appreciated in her care, I've never met an employee like her. She even offered to come in on her day off to show us the diamond because of our schedule! She made the experience so wonderful and fun. Thank you again Michelle L!!
