Pandora Markville is by far one of the best locations. The staff is absolutely incredible and certainly makes you feel confident with your purchase. They give you their time and their expertise which is what any customer wants from a retail store. Every employee that has helped me out from management to staff has given me top level customer service and I’m surprised and shocked that people have had bad experiences with this location... must have been a bad day. Keep up the good work ladies and gents! Can’t wait to come by!

I went to Markville Pandora to purchase a gift for my girlfriend and girls at this location was very welcoming. I got helped by one of the beautiful associate there (Haranya) she was very bubbly and because of her suggestions I ended up purchasing more than 2 items and my girlfriend was extremely satisfied with her gift. Not sure why people wrote such bad reviews about this location overall they were all very friendly, I will be coming back!!

The ladies at Pandora were absolutely amazing. I had received a beautiful Pandora ring as a gift, and unfortunately it ended up getting damaged. Despite the fact that it was outside of the time frame to exchange or replace the ring, the ladies at this store listened to my story and were able to provide me with a replacement. Great products, and even better service!
