  Great selection of Giant and Liv bikes. Rob took his time with us as we tried a few different models from XC to Hybrid to Road. Super knowledgeable. Well worth the visit

  Robert was probably one of the most attentive and helpful salesperson I’ve ever met in a bike shop! Please do stay away from the repair and technical services though.. Their work is sloppy and seems to have caused some damage to the fork. Upon closer inspection, even the front wheel wasn't straight.
  
  I phoned them earlier about a few mistakes they made in assembling the bike and pointed out that they didn't follow the manual that came with the bike. His attitude was that he had "more real world experience" and the manual didn't apply to him.

  Nice place/location. Great selection and they're big on bikes there. Good spot to roll out from for a Sunday ride

  Had an amazing experience at this Giant location, the staff was very friendly and welcoming as well the facility was kept clean and tidy. Dropped my Trance2 for the complimentary service which was done in a quick manner. Huge Thanks to Sean for servicing my bike and appreciate the time he took. Sean is very knowledgeable, he helped show and explain to me how to clean and maintain my bike properly. Very satisfied with my visit, definitely going to keep coming to this location. I highly recommend anyone else to go as well.
