We went in Friday close to closing time, with 2 young children in tow. Drew West assisted us from start to finish. He was patient, understanding, not pushy and was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to educate and show us different options.

Chris and his staff got me details, explained some features and got me looking at a different make - the Thule 5 bike rack - and I’m loving it. Easy to load, secure and unload. Got the complete rack set up by Dal & Tom and they provided professional recommendation on kayak carrier that’s so awesome. They’re so knowledgeable and knew the customer need. Most important they solved the problem of my scenario which could be disaster for road safety.

We got a rack installed on our roof. Tom was very knowledgeable and helped to install it. With limited knowledge about racks, he was patient with our questions and explained all the details and how it works with us. Look forward to been able to use our new rack.
