I ordered three scooters in total. The first came with no manual or instructions but I have common sense and decent mechanical knowledge. The second snapped the second ride as the clip that holds the bar in place was missing a screw. I was a bit banged up but had to order a new clip and rear fender. The company offered no help and just kept offering to call me back in "a couple of hours". Ordered a third scooter and it came with a manual and all the right parts. I went into a pothole and crashed it. Absolutely my fault . I called to see if they could help me find someone in Ottawa who could attempt to fix it. Again they offered to call me back in a couple of hours. All in all the scooters were good but customer service is terrible. I'd say buy from them but don't expect any help after if your outside of Toronto.

So obsessed with the e-bike I bought and the escooter my boyfriend got... customer service is fantastic and they behind their products

He sent another right away at no charge and told me to just keep the original.
