Drove 30 min to try for the 1st time after reading all the good reviews! Food was really good, service was really good! Prices are fair, will be going back! Only thing I found it was a bit small, can't really go there 10 people without taking the whole room.... I hope they expand and have bigger locations in Ottawa! :)

This place has the most amazing brunch I have ever eaten as a Vegan. My omnivore fiancé also regularly asks for us to eat here. If the rest of their menu is as good as this, you know it's worth it. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Food was amazing, service was great. We ordered waffles, tofu scramble and a few sweet treats - every single thing was delicious. We will be back! It would be great to see expanded hours of operation, but I understand....

This place I like better than other similar places in Ottawa. I found the staff relatively nicer than Pure kitchen for example. The food here is great. They have the beyond beef sausage which was a pleasant surprise. They are good about food sensitivities and their orange juice is addictive. It's in a weird location in Kanata but I'm sure that's just for cost but who cares, the food is great.

Checks all the boxes. The service was excellent, we really felt taken care of. The variety is overwhelming but in a good way. We were looking for some baked goods and weren't quite expecting the extensive selection of delectable goodies. I only wish it wasn't so far. I hope to see a more centrally located Grow Your Roots pop up soon.
