Or it could be that the Bank street location I’ve visited is particular about the prep ? My guilty pleasure is the spicy chicken wings they make! Overall the chicken is tasty and fresh... IF you go at meal times. I had somewhat dry chicken also once so I always ask when the food was made. I’m not fond of the sides other than the fries, though I note many people love the coleslaw. It’s too sweet for me. Kids love the popcorn chicken and fries. Watch out for the calories. 5 wings are around 380 calories. Not bad if you eat a salad with it sandwiches are close to 500-600 calories. Some a bit more. The bucket is a good value if you are busy and don’t have time to cook.”

“Ordering online is best done on a desktop or laptop, their mobile site is spotty at best. However, aside from that, one of the best places to get pizza in the entire city. Prices are incredible and the portions are massive! We always order so much and end up with leftovers for lunch and supper. Talk about a bang for your buck! Tonight I picked up a medium hungry man 1 topping (double cheese, then added bacon crumble, mushrooms and ground beef) and a double cheese small poutine with two drinks. Cost less than $30 (taxes in) and was ready for pickup when I arrived 10-15 minutes later. Piping hot and perfectly cooked.”

Plenty of toppings, good amount of cheese, and one touch I've found here that I haven't seen elsewhere, is they used ground beef in the meat sauce, on the meat lovers. People in the office seem to either like it or dislike it (because it's unusual and unexpected on a pizza), but I think it's something unique that they do, and I enjoy it. It's a heavy, greasy pizza that they make. But, if you were looking for something in a similar style to say, Willy's or Gabriel's, I'd say this place is a better option for a similar style pizza.”

“I meant to write this review a long time ago,e September 26, 2019 to be exact. We had ordered a pizza and the delivery was taking quite a while and the order had not been updated from in progress on the online tracker. We knew it was a busy time so we just decided to call after about 45(ish)minutes to check in. The woman informed us our pizza just went in the oven, we ordered earlier than we normally eat so it wasn't a big deal. She offered us a discount or free cheese bread, we asked for the discount, to which she said she would happily apply it to our order. I received a call back a few minutes later and she explained because we already paid online, she cannot discount our order so she gave us some delicious cheese bread. About 20 minutes later our food arrives at the door, by none other than the woman I spoke with on the phone. I guess the delivery driver was out on another run and wouldn't make it back for a while so she got in her car and drove it to us even though that isn't her job. We all get busy but she handled it like a complete professional and we were just raving about how awesome she was while we were eating our fresh AF pizza and cheese bread. My only regret is not getting her name so I can give her a shout out in here. 10/10 will order here again!”

“I found this spot on skip the dishes, first time trying it I was in love. The chicken is very tender and juicy. The sides were great also. I normally get the rice and coleslaw. That sauce they give you on the side is amazing, their special house sauce. Make sure you ask for extra. For the pricing Its decent value compared to most places.
