“We liked the ultra chill vibe. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Good selection of local beer and cider too. The restaurant doesn’t have a children’s menu, however in the absence of this my daughter was offered children’s pasta and a berry iced tea. Quoting my 5 year old “the pasta was so good, I couldn’t stop eating it” and on the berry iced tea “this is fancy juice”. Bloomfield Public House is worth visiting !!”

“This restaurant is extraordinary. We had an impeccable meal with perfect service. The staff is kind and friendly and certainly knowledgeable. The space itself is beautiful and original. It's a real pleasure to be there. The food is so beautifully done. Every dish the three of us ordered was absolutely delicious. We were recommended to go here by a local who said if she only had one night to eat in the area she'd eat here. We were so grateful for the recommendation. Don't hesitate. It's wonderful.”

“We went for lunch in the country. Great view by the window of Amelia's Garden. We each had the apple cheddar soup, one paired with the firecracker burger, and the other a larger sized soup with the spinach salad. Add a coffee and a tea and it came to $48. The soup was one of the best we have ever had. The burger was juicy and very tasty and the salad was very large and fresh. Good quality ingredients.”

“Overall experience was hit and miss at the barley pub. We visited for dinner last weekend and were disappointed. The hits? Seafood chowder was delicious. The service was great, friendly, and attentive. Misses? Everything else. Fish tacos were awful, the cocktails watered down, overall our table wasn't happy with the meal.”

“The breakfast was very good. Too bad there was only one service provider, with one helper, that day. It was a rainy and cold day and lots of people, locals and campers, decided a hot breakfast was in order. The service provider worked your "shoes" off that day. She was also the cashier! “For a little town near the Sandbanks and along lake Ontario this place was neat. All cooked right in front of you while the establishment is made out from a old house. Atmosphere has a sailor look and very well decorated. Fish was juicy with every bite, fresh hand cut fries. Good way to end a awesome swim at Lake Ontario.”

“We had an amazing service!! Sandra took our order and she was the best. They were out of popcorn chicken (what we initially wanted) but she went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied! Tim, the kitchen manager, was also super cool and let us have all the extras Sandra offered us. Excellent pizza, the wings are delicious and you get so much food with their daily special! For $40 you get a medium pizza with 3 toppings, huge Caesar salad (croutons were delicious and crispy) wings (ordered honey garlic) were fresh and breaded, came with veggies and a blue cheese dip, as well as a 2L pop, they only had Pepsi or Diet Pepsi as their options but the food was so delicious I forgot about the pop ☺️ Amazing service, very friendly and helpful staff, will be ordering again soon for sure ????????”

“Super cute little cafe, HUGE variety of beverages and a great selection of bites. The zucchini coconut muffin is LITERALLY the best muffin my Mom and I have had. We had one with breakfast and went back to buy another 5 to bring home with us. If you're hesitant to try them, give it a shot, you will not regret it.
