“Wow I actually can’t believe the rating this place has.. first off. I’ve shopped here numerous times and the staff are lovely. Second, the food is delicious and tastes great. The meat actually tastes like real good quality meat. This location has healthier options too. I keep seeing people comparing it to A&W and or other cheap burger joints and all I have to say is you get what you pay for. Yes this place can be pricer but if you want quality food. Definitely I’d recommend shopping here. If your fine with a 2 dollar burger then gladly go to McDonald’s.. don’t bash this place because you’re cheap. It’s a great location with wonderful staff.”

“Service was slow - they seem understaffed. I think having more people to work at this location would be a good idea. It took about 10 minutes for one bean burrito I ordered to arrive, but it was not their faults. The Oshawa Centre Taco Bell gets lots of customers, so with just three people there, one of them working the cash register, they need more help. Other than that, the food was great and the staff was very friendly concerning the conditions they were under.”

“Decent place, quick and usually you don't have to wait overly long. Their spicy mayo containers for the sweet potato fries is sometimes a bit empty but the food always tastes great. My only real issue with them is that they don't always wipe down the cups after spilling all over them, causing you to get sticky hands and pop in your car”

“Amazing overall. First of all, the hot dog toppings are free and you can put them on yourself however you want. I really enjoy the vast selections of soda available, especially the Lemon Coke, which I had never heard of until I went to this restaurant. Another nice touch that I really appreciate is how the bucket of fries is filled even beyond the top of the bucket, instead of only being half full like other places. The hot dogs are really filling and satisfy my hunger fully. The fries and hot dogs are really good and are the best I have ever tasted. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying meal.”

“I had a great experience today with Jugo Juice. I saw a very hardworking young lady named Precious who was understaffed but was doing her best to make sure everyone was served and treated greatly. She deserves to be noticed and I hope management knows what a great job she has done. I’d recommend the company to put more staff on busier days like a Friday or Saturday so employees aren’t sacked with rude impatient customers.”

“Great atmosphere. Our server was super friendly; I was very impressed with his order taking, and promptness. He was also great at asking us of we wanted to make any changes or additions to our orders. My colleagues and I enjoyed our meals, but we did find the mixed drink was a little weak with the alcohol - she couldn't really taste it. That could be a good thing though. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.”

“Great service! Love the atmosphere! Food is so good, I haven’t found anything I don’t like! There is a huge variety of shisha flavours to choose from! There’s some great deals on drinks specials, depending on what night you go of course. The DJs are great! They have a few different DJs on different nights, so you’re always getting a different variety of good music from them. Everyone’s really nice and friendly! I definitely recommend this place for sure!”

“I had been here a few times and always had a pretty decent time from the live bands to the music that they play. This past Friday I was there, and it was really busy. Despite being so busy, our waitress Amanda was really attentive to our needs. She was always checking in to see if we had our drinks and our food. She even knew when someone else brought our meal that we didn't get our fries and corrected that right away. She really was on top of everything and that made our night there so much more enjoyable as we felt like a valued customer. Thank you Amanda!”
