“Run by a lovely Chinese couple. It's fried fish and fries people. If you have a hankering, then come on down. The coleslaw is pretty good. I slather my fish with tartar sauce (AS IT SHOULD BE) so I don't really know how the quality stacks up. As I'm writing this, I wouldnt mind going for some now.”

“I visited this place last week with my mom and had the most incredible experience that was filled with outstanding service, delicious drinks and SUPER generous food portions! We tried a variety of Turkish apps (mostly dips and all were fantastic). We also tried the drinks - they looked gorgeous and tasted amazing (the Blue Hawaiian was my favourite) with good amounts of alcohol! As my main I got the Chicken Shish which was super massive - We ended up taking home 4 containers of leftovers since the portions were massive! This place has a nice and spacious atmosphere. I really enjoyed all the clocks from around the world that they have displayed on the wall. I can't wait to return :)”

“Absolutely delicious food. We came today in a group of 6, everybody left incredibly happy. Best schnitzel we have ever tried, delicious crepes, and such original desserts. Huge portions. We were able to split the schnitzel between 2 people and still take a huge portion home. The service was great, food came out quick, and the prices were very reasonable. “I left Iran 43 years ago and one of my fondest memories is the street food. I live in Los Angeles and we don't have anything nearly as authentic as what I just had at this place! The people are very friendly, Persian style! The food is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is not luxury but exactly what it should be. Grungy down-to-earth and authentic. If I lived in Toronto I would be here at least once a week!”

“This is one of those places that one should not judge the book by the cover!! The burger and the onion rings are a must try. Juicy and delicious burgers with lots of toppings plus really crunchy onion rings. It’s a small casual place that could have been designed nicer and the washrooms could be cleaner but the taste of the food made up for that.”

“I placed an order through SkipTheDishes for this restaurant. I ordered chilli chicken but when it arrived it didn't even come with rice. What am I suppose to eat this with? And for the price of $13.95,they couldn't include rice? I'm sick of places that don't provide rice with main meat dishes. It just doesn't make sense to me and for what was charged for the main dish, it should have came with rice.”

“MINE is our regular sushi place and we go there or order takeout at least once per month. Today I attended with my wife and kids for lunch and the service was not up to the level we are accustomed to. In fact I rarely tip less than 15% and my wife cautioned me to "not tip or tip 10% only" when the bill came. The staff was just not attentive; we received two spoons but had 4 people at the table, and when I asked for two more the waitress nodded agreement and then disappeared never to bring them... same with water for the kids... my wife had too ask twice before anyone came... same with the green tea... I had to flag down someone to refill our cups. Not sure if it was new staff or maybe uncertainty about who was responsible for the table, but not the service we were accustomed to receiving.”

“Had small jerk chicken and curry chicken. Both came with peas and rice and coleslaw. We dined in. Service is lovely. The food tasted so good and there was so much of it. I would call them large portions, not small. I couldn't finish my curry chicken so my son helped out there. The 2 meals with a drink were about $25. Nice treat.”
