“Prices are right for the quality and quantity of food received. Service, as is the case with most places nowadays, is variable. Wait times are acceptable but interaction with the servers is hit or miss. They seem to be either inherently genuine and happy to be present or forced-friendly because that is what is expected. I would be interested in meeting with the owner one day as he seems to respect both his restaurant and his customers. Overall, a pleasant experience worthy of repeat.”

“An amazing restaurant run by a hard working family. Don't let the coziness and the homely atmosphere fool you; this place is easily one of the best Mediterranean restaurants in Northern York Region. Their drink selection is limited and they are usually understaffed (and perhaps exhausted from long hours), but don't let that fool you. This places deserves a lot more renown than it has. A honest hidden jewel and some of the best in Newmarket. I'm sure that with more business, the other aspects of their business will improve as well.”

“I came to Bangkok after reading a number of reviews and they absolutely met the expectations of a 4.6* restaurant. The staff are incredibly friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure that their customer service is their top priority. We took out the food and were happy with all of the orders. We really enjoyed the green curry, and the glass noodles. The one order I would choose not to try again is the Krapow. Overall, it was a great experience.”

“My husband and I have been eating here for 15 years, with the previous owners and now the new ones. We always have a great experience when we go there. The staff is friendly and makes an effort to get to know us. We have been to several sushi places in the Newmarket area but this one gives you bang for your buck. Which says a lot considering we travel 30 minutes just to eat there. You get what you pay for at this all you can eat.”

A welcome change from all these guys who think they are Michelin chef. Prices very reasonable. I had the tacos los locos and bean soup. Try the Mexican fries. They are a great side dish. “Great little place run by a friendly guy who makes you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. I haven't had the pizza but I've had the panzerotti - - this is my absolute fave place for it. Huge, fresh, fried to perfection and stuffed with an abundance of fresh, quality ingredients. Good food and service. What more could you ask for? This is comfort food for those nights where you aren't counting calories or carbs and just want to sink your teeth into something greasy, saucy and delicious. I tried the pastramalia as well. Not sure how to rate it because it was my first time trying this Macedonian specialty. I liked it although it's the panzerotti that brings me back. I imagine it is what one would expect of pastramalia - hearty, meaty, filling, lightly seasoned and freshly baked. Portions are ample and shareable unless you're like my hubby and I who like leftovers and to each get our own ingredients. Give it a go! Support local small business!”

“The service was slow, the waitress took really long to bring us waters to the table. The food cost was about $20-$25 per plate. I had the soup of the day which was a red pepper bisque $11 and it was okay in taste. Nothing to write home about. I also had the seafood pasta, the salmon pasta and the mussels. The pasta were a bit on the bland side with a big too much salt. The mussels $12 were tasteless and the bread for the table was cold ( not sure if that is how they serve it). The place was pretty though and the washrooms were well kept and there was free parking. At the end of the night, some gentleman came over to ask how our foods were ( not sure who he was) and the waitress made small talk at the ending of the night when the bill came. Not sure if I would go there again.”
