“* Took a Star off just for the fact they offered free spring rolls for a favourable Google review right on the counter.???? Bribery! On to the review. Instead of steady delivery to save a buck, I drove in for takeout. First of the ambiance of the place could use modernization. As for the food a Dinner 2A with a small Tom Kha soup. The soup was fine, but the spring roll come with a funky tasting brownish sweet sauce. The steam rice was small and cold. The Chicken Pad Thai and basil chicken was a good portion and extremely tasty. The basil chicken had a lot of chicken and all the chicken white meat was very tender. Bottom line minus the cold rice and funky sweet sauce( just use the package plum sauce) for the spring roll, the food was delicious and reasonably priced.”

“I ordered here many times! The most special thing I tried is beef curry! The rice is amazingly good and special! The food is very good and cheap! The beef curry is only 9 dollars for a huge serving! Great service and friendly staff. I would recommend this place for cheap Indian food in Barrie! I have been to many Indian restaurants and this is pretty good! There are not many places to settle so I recommend you order take away! The food wasn’t so appetizing but they taste amazing ???? enjoy this restaurant”

“I come here quite often and every time I do, food is always fresh and of good quality. I can’t speak for others but I personally really like this location. It’s much better maintained than most that I have been to and the staff are super friendly. I have only ever received the wrong item once but the staff were very apologetic and quick to fix the issue. No complaints from me!”

“Our server did warn us that the sauce can be quite polarizing. Some people really like it and some don't care for it. She was nice enough to get a sample of the saffron cream sauce and the spicy tomato cream sauce to see what I thought. To be honest, I didn't care for either sauce. They were both too thick and strong tasting for my palate and I couldn't imagine having all my fresh seafood coated in such a viscous overpowering accoutrement.”

“I live across the street and have always loved their specials. I always order extra sauce (it's free) and if there was ever an error on my order the owner has always made it right. A good honest business man who cares about his product. I would also recommend his Gyro sandwich and wings. Also try a bbq base with chicken. It's awesome.”

“Great customer service. A bit pricey. Did not enjoy the spinach dip at all. One of the worst I have had. The rest was good. My daughter loves the enchiladas. I have the butter chicken. Rice was very clumpy but sauce was flavourful. I was expecting more exciting flavours. Someone in our party had the lettuce wraps. It was strange to use Romain for that. So there was 5 leaves plus the fillings. Romain is hard to wrap. I would suggest a different lettuce type for sure.”

“Our waiter, despite being new, was excellent. I didn't catch his name but he has a British/South African accent. Right up front he asked if we were in a rush and would like our food expedited. We were there on our lunch break, so this was appreciated. The food came out incredibly quickly and the waiter speed by every few minutes to check on us but didn't hover. About halfway through the meal he asked if we would like our bill prepared to help us get out faster when we needed to go, then bright it over two minutes later. He did stop by one more just to check if we wanted desert. It sounds all typical but it was refreshing when often you have to flag down staff and wait forever for your meal/bill in restaurants. He managed to check in our needs without ever feeling like he was interrupting. So I just wanted to comment on his great service! Great hire, BP!”

“Fair tasting food at a reasonable price. I believe I had some Haddock that was on special for $8. Not bad, but nothing exciting, and it was all cooked perfectly.
