“Went here for lunch. Ordered the Heirloom Tomato soup followed by their Pad Thai. We also ordered their root-veggie fries, but regretted it after a few minutes. Soup was light and tasty while the Pad Thai was beyond amazing. Loved every bite, we practically inhaled the entire dish. Service was also top notch. Would definitely go back here for dinner next time. Great choices for vegetarians (like me). Didn't have dessert but am sure they would have tasted great as well.”

“The best experience I've ever had in a Pit Pit restaurant was at the Collingwood location. Both of the staff members working excelled in customer service but the one boy working stole the show. He was wonderful. He made my pita as if it was a work of art but thats not what caught my attention. He was so funny with a personality containing so much energy and passion for what he does. My mom and I literally felt like we were in a pita pit commercial. I wish I had gotten his name so I could give him credit for his amazing service. I would come back to this pita pit for the service alone. The manager/owner should be very proud of the amazing staff. On another note I have never seen such fresh veggies at a topping bar. SO impressed!”

“I love everything about this place: Maybe the best customer service I’ve ever had, family owned and operated by an amazing couple, phenomenal homemade food and beautiful recently renovated restaurant and patio. I came in to get change for parking and one of the owners, Mike, generously paid for my parking meter. Then I sat out on the patio which I loved. Mike served me and he was absolutely phenomenal; extremely friendly, hilarious, polite and just an amazing host. I could tell he took great pride in his restaurant and loved serving people. He was also serving other groups of people who were obviously regulars and he joked around with them and made everyone laugh. His wife made me an absolutely amazing mushroom ravioli from scratch which I would definitely order again. The whole experience was so great, I can’t say enough good things. I will definitely come back the next time I’m in collingwood.”

The portion sizes of the lunch items could be a little larger, but nonetheless still well cooked and tasted great. Staff are very friendly and personable, and the interior is uniquely decorated which, all in all, added to the experience in a pleasant way.”

“Had a really great experience at the Collingwood location on Hurontario St. The young lady working April 22nd around 9pm was super friendly and kept calm when it started to get busy and she was alone. I found most Subway employees act annoyed you are there but she was super nice. Her service was a 5*. I gave a 4* rating because Subway as a chain need more vegetarian proteins. Would it kill ya to have hummus or a veggie pattie? It says the veggie fatty is available but I the only place I have seen it in at the Airport in Toronto. Broaden your menu Subways Collingwood. I know lots of vegetarians who would go to Subway if they could get some protein”

“Fast seating, pleasant and attentive waitress, food was AMAZING!! I asked for medium/well steak. Quite often lately when I request this, I end up with steak that is basically well done, but this chef got it exactly right and the steak just fell apart in my mouth. Amazing. They were also very receptive to my gluten intolerance. Mom was equally pleased with her order. She requested fish but doesn't like salt and vinegar chips which was what their coating was, so they happily gave her fish a different coating and she was over the moon. She said her fish was incredibly delicious. Our experience there was absolutely fantastic and much needed after a tough couple of days. I highly recommend this place for your dining experience.”

“Tried the sampler plate for lunch - ribs, brisket n pulled pork - which is large enough for my wife n I to share, but I can see myself finishing it if I was really hungry. Really like this restaurant and want to go back to try a few more items. The one thing I can recommend is to slice the brisket too order, which might not be possible for a busy restaurant.”
