The only reason I am not giving them a 5 star review is I haven't actually tried the food yet! However, conceptually, I agree wholeheartedly with their system they have developed. Attempts by them to use local and organic, and gluten free options, with reasonable pricing, and delivery to boot, means all my meal needs are met! I'll update my review once I've actually tried the food! :)

Went in to pickup a weekly order of 3 meals per day, was surprised at the good portions, quality ingredients and taste. Eating healthy and enjoying the food isn’t an easy task but One Life meals manages to hit the mark with each meal. Very satisfied with the service and will recommend to friends and family.
