Scaramouche Restaurant & Pasta Bar and Grill

Scaramouche is a romantic French restaurant located in mid-town Toronto. Upon arrival, valet parking is provided. Once entering into the restaurant, you will notice the beautiful view of downtown Toronto. Make sure to reserve the window seats, but it is not guaranteed. We ordered the lobster and shrimp salad for the appetizer. It is the special of the night and not from the menu. I believe every night, the restaurant has some special apps and main course. The freshness of lobster and shrimp, mix with creamy dressing provided a wonderful taste of the appetizer. For the main, we had the seafood risotto and lamb chop. Again, the seafood from the risotto is fresh, and since we are sharing, the waiter asked the kitchen to divide the portion in half for us. The lamb chop has two pieces, but they are huge pieces. The meat is tender and cook perfectly to medium. We didn't order any dessert this time, because the food is enough for us. I would definitely suggest anyone for nice French cuisine to give it a try.

Simple: classic restaurant is always good! Finally I went to this classic and confirmed my theory! Great food and amazing service! Definitely I will back again and again!

A hidden gem, literally, you would never expect it to be where is it. I won’t go into detail, you’ll have to find it yourself to understand :)

The food is beyond delicious - a true culinary experience. With views of the Toronto skyline how can you not be impressed!

All of the servers and wait staff are incredible, hospitable and very professional.

Went here for our anniversary dinner and couldn't have been happier. Food was top notch, service was superb and the skyline view was the icing on the cake. Stand out was the daily special, the BC salmon, which was possibly the best I've had at a restaurant. Their coconut cream pie is also to die for!

Beautiful restaurant and amazing service. Our Server Andrew was so helpful and anticipated our every desire. The water glasses are never empty, a crumb never left on the table yet the servers are not hovering either. Just great service. And the food is over the top! I started with the Matane Shrimp which was more like a fantastic mouse. My partner had the BC oysters that were small and delicate and fantastic. My Halibut was just so moist and delicious and the plating a work of art and my partner had the fillet of beef that just melted. Called Ontario AAA beef and it deserves another A. For desert we shared the peach creation that wasn't too sweet and the perfect end to a perfect meal. This is Ontario dining at its best!!!
