Good wholesome food. Staff is very attentive and accommodating. Atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable. Our go to place after a long day when we are just too tired to cook at home.
I have been coming here for many years. Everything on the menu is great. Good selection of beer and the service is always above par. I would give it more then 5 stars of I could.
This place is a surprising little gem in the Port Lands. The building itself is very dated but the patio is an amazing hang out spot. Being right along the channel is beautiful and relaxing especially when you add in the sky view of Toronto. Service is great - a little slow at times but the people are friendly and very accommodating
The food is PHENOMENAL! The crab cakes I had as a starter were light and flavorful. The mango salsa it was served with deserves mentioning, such a refreshing addition! For my dinner I ordered the Steak sandwich which is a New York strip served on garlic bread with caramelized onions. I ordered my steak rare (yes, even for a sandwich) and it was cooked to perfection!
I would definitely recommend stopping here for a drink and some food before the weather gets too cold.
Friendly staff and good prices. We were a large group in the middle of the day so they might not have been prepared for us, though we made a reservation well in advance. But food came out insconsistantly and several items were missed. Some descriptions were not accurate. The menu is very large and tries to cover everything. Perhaps if the reduced the size it would be more manageable.
I will give them the benefit of the doubt and a second chance.
