Toast On Bloor

A cozy atmosphere and great vegetarian and vegan selections. Nice variety of craft and draft beer, wine and cocktails. The dinner is quite good, although portions can smaller than expected, depending on the dish. They are filling nonetheless. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the brunch, which I hope to remedy soon.

We eat here quite often and have never been disappointed. Casual atmosphere, friendly staff and the food is excellent. We most often stop by for breakfast but recently went in the evening and had the cabbage rolls + pierogis combo. Very tasty.

Great food. Great servers. Awesome Owner. A very welcoming environment with amazing food. Best home fries I've ever had. Hollandaise sauce was exceptional and haven't had better in Toronto. The staff was very polite. I recommend this place and will most certainly be returning

This place is fantastic! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Cocktail menu has many creative delicious choices. Food is really tasty :D Definitely coming back here for the perogies.

Wife, daughter, and I stopped in first thing Labour Day 2019 for breakfast, after a weekend in Toronto, before heading back to Ottawa. The owner was our server and she was attentive, kind, quick, and helpful (even with clarifications on parking).

The location was clean, neat, and ready for business at open. I found out the establishment had only been open for 3 months. The owner has almost a decade of experience managing restaurants - and it shows.

The Food - WOW. I had eggs bacon, home fries, and toast. My wife had an omelet. My daughter had scrambled eggs and fruit. Portion sized were great value. Plating was fun and practical. Salad that came with my wife's breakfast was delicious and fresh. My home fries were some of the best I have ever tasted - Period.

Fruit/Produce chosen was top quality - sweet and juicy.

My daughter even got a blow up balloon from the owner!

Definitely am making Toast on Bloor my stop for breakfast in Toronto from now on. She made the end of an extended stay in the 416 the cherry on top for an eventful weekend.
