“We ordered take out very friendly on the phone, when I arrived to pick up the food I have to wait like 10 minutes for a staff member to appear. The food was really great everyone enjoyed it a lot but the portions are very small, irish curry and fries was the same size as the fries that came with the lassie burger but it was listed as a meal. Maybe a better idea for a lunch than dinner would be nicer if the portions were bigger on the fries. Will be back for sure to try some of the other goodies”

Every course was delicious. The service was excellent. This is one of my favourite restaurants in the region and I can't wait to go back!”

“Jan 23/17: Walked there from my residence at Queen & Margaret at 5:30 am. to pick up chocolate milk and hopefully bus tickets. Despite there clearly being several plastic cartons full of chocolate milk just in behind the milk fridge rack, the young man explained he could not get at it until a manager came with a key. Just reaching through the fridge with a broom handle to pull forward a carton would have worked easily. Bus tickets are not sold there ... too bad being a 24 hour store, however, that was fine. I kept my frustration to myself as I thought of several scenarios for the former, one being that perhaps the fridge was not stocked properly due to the chocolate milk not being delivered until AFTER a manager or key holder was on duty. But If this is so, how did the milk delivery truck driver get in to drop it off? Also the attendant may have been uncomfortable coming out from behind the counter with just the two of us in the store. Anyway, the attendant was polite and the store appeared well lit and clean.”

“It must be difficult to capture the "diner" atmosphere in a new premises. As to the food, it is as you might expect, with minor variations, orange slice Instead of tomatoes for a garnish. Menu is the same as other wimpy. Service is good and attentive. Overall a good experience. I may edit this after a couple more visits, as I will be back.”

“I guess the day we went the owner up and left, and took the booze with them. 3 beers on draft, 2 by the time we ordered our drinks. Half off apps are a good deal but the portion sizes were a little small. Our bartender/waitress wasn't very attentive to our table- it took a while to get another drink, and then she had forgotten to make mine. When she got around to it, she did make an amazing caesar! I can't blame the staff too much, as the owner leaving I think had left them scrambling. Just bad timing as customers. I would like to go again as I think it's a great spot if the bar is stocked properly. I'm thinking it was just a one-time not so great experience”

“By far my favourite place for a burrito! The food is always fresh! On several occasions I have seen them cooking meat/veggies to restock their supply. It’s always nice to see a place cooking the food fresh before service - unlike other burrito places where you question how long the meat has been sitting. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and provide incredible fast, efficient service. Lunch time is usually really busy, and yet there is hardly a wait. They take pride and care in their work place and it really shows. The staff is always smiling and ready to help. They have even memorized my order! They are absolutely amazing!”

“Came by for a quick pre dinner snack with friends. I tried their breakfast burrito and substituted the meat with spinach. At $5+ tax, it really isn't a bad option but still not as cheesy and satisfying as I was hoping for. Also tried a scone, which was decent as well but not close to the best I've ever had. In summary, okay options for a quick bite but don't expect anything out of the ordinary.”

“They were having a very busy night and when we came in they told us up front that service would be slower. When we got our food everything was fine except my dish (fried chicken dinner) was sad chicken breast split in two. I asked if this was normal and the waitress got the manager. They gave me a whole new plate with 2 full chicken breasts. They were super nice and accommodating ever though they were having a rough night. This is the only off experience we have had here and it wasn't even that bad. Great place.”
