Sarai Middle Eastern Taverna & Shisha Lounge

Okay I've seen the advertisements for this place and always said I was going to go but i never got the chance to. Last night my friend and I decided to finally check this place out. You guys! I am literally calling on every Middle Eastern to come shisha at this place. It is the best in Waterloo. The food is just remarkable. The chief is Lebanese so the food felt very close to home. On top of that, the place wasnt noisy. It had a calm and a very chill vibe to just sit back and relax. Trust me you wont regret it!

It was my first time at this restaurant with a bunch of friends last night. It came highly recommended by one of the people we were with. This place did not disappoint. The food was absolutely amazing! We had these huge platters of various meats, bread and salad. Everything was absolutely delicious! The staff was so polite and nice and the owner was so personable and friendly. He kept coming to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and music was very nice.
We will definitely be going back there again! Thank you for a wonderful evening and for the terrific hospitality we received. We wish you the best of luck and hope you will be around for years to come!

An amazing Lounge from the food, customer service, and general experience. The exceptional staff really make you feel at home, I would recommend Sarai to anybody looking to have a great night. 10/5!!

Amazing atmosphere, staff is very attentive and welcoming while still letting you enjoy your meal. Food and drinks were incredible, beyond our expectations. Must try their Shisha and chicken Kabab presented with very unique style and traditional touch of garnished seasoning.
