“The food is amazing, and the service is just as amazing. I had a veggie plate, and everything was perfectly seasoned, leaving me no need to add any type seasonings. I am vegetarian, and was very satisfied with the variety of tasty vegetables. I had the fingerling potatoes, Brussel Sprouts, Asparagus, carrots, and macaroni and cheese. Everything was absolutely amazing. My waitress Morgan was outstanding, and the owner is a friendly people person, and excellent master chef. Highly recommend.”

“Mitch and I have eaten here three times since the grand opening and the food is always delicious. The 3pc fish is only $10 which is priced less than Captain D’s and Long John Silver’s. The day of the grand opening was hectic with people everywhere and I’ve noticed since then many changes have been made to accommodate the customers and eliminate long waiting times. “Best place I could think of to eat out for my birthday. It's a new store in Oxford, AL, and it's already amazing. A travel staff goes in and trains people to start the restaurant off strong. The food is prepared well. I even enjoyed waiting in line. I felt like it was more efficient than some fast food places. I was informed that COVID changed some of the ways they used to operate, and I think it was for the best. The openness of the dining area is a plus for me. Great potatoes, great BBQ and the best bread!”

“First of all, ignore the one-star reviews. Those people were expecting the food at the new location to somehow be different than all of the other Jack’s locations. The food, in fact, is the same. The design, however, is so much better. I’m sitting in one of their rocking chairs now - this place is nice. Our service was impeccable, our food was exactly as we expected, and we’ll definitely be coming back. If Cracker Barrel opened a chicken joint, this would be it. Don’t let the negative-Nellys keep you from coming here. It’s arguably the nicest Jack’s I’ve ever been to.”

And the cornbread (comes with your meal) is delicious!! The portions are plentiful, the service is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly. You feel like you're at home with family. “Sandwiches are BIG! We had the Gurnee sandwich and a chef salad, and both menu items were good. Wish the restaurant had bigger signage. I’ve driven right past it many times before (on my way to Moore Printing next door) and I didn’t even see it!! 🙈 Full Bellie is located on Gurnee Ave downtown, just about a block away from the Calhoun County & (new) Federal Courthouses.”
