“Just finished up here. Very convenient to I-65, nice, clean; with food as one would expect from Panera. However...the young lady that waited on us at the register and took our order was downright uninterested in us as customers. Didn’t ask if I was a Panera member, didn’t ask if I’d like desert, and just rushed us through with no one in sight waiting to order. After, I asked for a desert on my Panera discount, she informed that since she’d completed the transaction I would be charged the full amount. FAIL. Message to management...vet your employees to determine who will work best at the counter with customers. You’ll boost your sales guaranteed. Want a 5 star review? Put 5 star employees to work with your customers.”
