“You're greeted by a door greeter passing out menus before you make it to the counter to order. The restaurant is self seating and there is plenty of seats both table top, and high top. The menu is is super easy, with pre-made baskets of tacos chips and salsa or a create your own taco side with a plethora of options. The salsa is not that good, the most common ancestry it has to actual salsa is the Tomato in it. The macaroni and cheese, is okay. Tacos are the star of the show!! My son had the original beef, and I had the cheesy beef. Both of them were fixed to the hilt and were delicious! They're sweet tea was made by somebody southernmost definitely, and is delicious as well. There are no drink sizes in this restaurant is everybody has one size cup with unlimited refills. The staff in this restaurant were eager, and helpful, and just the most Pleasant to be around.”

“Even with the snow/ice we got yesterday and today, Sonic was open. Talk about dedication, on Saturday there were only 2 employees were able to make it into work and they did a great job! Very pleasant at the drive thru and managed to stay calm and still get the job done! I'm not sure who was in the back cooking but, Kyla was at the drive thru. Great Job! Employees like this should be recognized and rewarded!!!!”

“When the name was changed I wondered if it would be as good. We do like the register at the front better. Everything was as great as before. Good service, clean restaurant and bathroom. The Carnitas were a little different but just as delicious. You think you will take half home but then they are too good to stop eating. “Phenomenal is an understatement. My wife and I came into town to visit some of her family and she said the first place we were going to eat was Jim 'n Nick's. I'm a big fan of BBQ food but had never been to Alabama, and this place blew my mind. Every single employee was beyond polite, and our server was incredible. He gave great recommendations for food because I couldn't decide what to order and all of it was perfect. I got the 3 meat plate with short ribs, beef brisket and pulled pork with baked beans and collard greens and the flavors were fantastic. The sweet tea was delicious and way better than anything we can get back home in NY. Prices were great as we got WAY more food than I expected for the price, including two desserts and a dinner to go. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Only way this place could be better was if we had one in NY.”

“I have only ever ordered for carryout from here, so I can't really comment on the experience of dining in, but I have yet to be disappointed. My order is always correct, and when ordering online, it's always ready by the time it's promised. It is still chain pizza, so don't expect anything really fancy, but it is good for what you pay in my opinion. I've always had friendly customer service experience here as well. I'm sure we'll be back to try the lunch buffet or dine in for dinner one of these days.”

“Just finished up here. Very convenient to I-65, nice, clean; with food as one would expect from Panera. However...the young lady that waited on us at the register and took our order was downright uninterested in us as customers. Didn’t ask if I was a Panera member, didn’t ask if I’d like desert, and just rushed us through with no one in sight waiting to order. After, I asked for a desert on my Panera discount, she informed that since she’d completed the transaction I would be charged the full amount. FAIL. Message to management...vet your employees to determine who will work best at the counter with customers. You’ll boost your sales guaranteed. Want a 5 star review?
