“New China is great! The food is amazing, the people are really nice, the prices are great, and they’re super fast! We did a call in order from work and it was fresh and ready when I got there to pick it up. The sweet and sour chicken is really, really good, the egg rolls are gigantic and crispy, and the fried donuts are beyond awesome! Definitely our new go to Chinese place!”

“If you’re in Athens or driving north or southbound on 65... this buffet is never to disappoint. I was seated immediately with about a minute wait. The overall appearance was both very clean and welcoming. There’s plenty of really delicious dishes, kept warm and always replenished. I was here a couple years ago and it was just as good tonight as it was then!! My waitress was Jennifer. Be sure to tip her good and don’t be cheap, because you’ll be back again & again. I think she actually waited on me a when I first came here. She was very courteous and always kept my glass full & plates clear. I was surprised to see the dinner & drink only $13.61...WOW!!! ????????????????”

“Typically very good service and food. Occasionally it will be a bit off but compared to other fast food restaurants they are way more dependable. The classics are of course good. I'm currently stuck on the triple stacker club and its DELICIOUS! Also love their loaded fries. Drive through can be a tight squeeze and when in our f150 we opt to eat inside or go in for takeout instead of going through the drive thru but in standard cars it's not too terrible”

“Fantastic! Best Captain D’s experience. The restaurant was clean and the staff was pleasant. The Sunday buffet was well stocked but not too much where anything went cold or stale and it was constantly monitored. Thank goodness for the interstate sign about the buffet that caught my attention for this little gem as I’d really written off this chain due to constant poor service and quality. This location is not like any of the others I have been to in the past.”

“The food is absolutely delicious, in a way that's only possible when a rich marinade and a long, slow simmer are allowed to do their work. Tacos are the tell in any authentic Mexican food because of their simplicity; when it's not done right, the cilantro and onion take over, but at a truly great place, the flavor of the meat enhances those simple garnishes in a sort of magical way. Everything is made from scratch, and you can only achieve that kind of flavor when you cook purely for the love of creating good food. I've been loyal since the food truck days, when I could get a burrito at 9:00 on a Sunday morning. After a few Sunday morning meetings at work, people were placing orders with me for the next week. I'm telling you. A steak burrito from this place for breakfast, with some of that glorious red sauce and green sauce, is one of the great secrets in life.”

“Dub's Burgers is a big peice of Athens history. The food is always very good. The service is almost always very good as well. Unfortunately our last visit was not their usual greatness. It took them an extraordinarily long time to greet us at our table. When the server did arrive and was very apologetic and was friendly. My wife ordered a grilled cheese and fries and I ordered a cheese burger all the way and fries. The grilled cheese also took forever to arrive. My burger and fries were great as usual however, the grilled cheese was just about dripping with butter, just way too much. This is not the usual from Dub's Burgers just my honest review from my last visit.”
