“I went on a Friday night. It was not that crowded when I arrived. They had 2 new employees. One on the register and one cleaning the dining room. They were both delightful young ladies. The manager/shift supervisor was a whole different story. He was very mean to the new girls. He yelled at them and chastised them in front of customers. He could use a little retraining on his to interact with employees. At any rate, I had 2 pizzas. My son had the lil cheesy. He loved it. I had the hammer. It was good but could have been better. My main contention was the fact that the oven was dirty and full of soot. This caused both pizzas to be covered in soot on the bottom if the crust. My son's two fingers were grayish black on the pads of his fingers. That was not appealing at all. My pizza was like half dressed. There was only a small portion of arugula on one side of the pizza and the spicy olive oil drizzle was not on the pizza at all. I didn't want to say anything, because I didn't want him to yell at the cashier. The sweet tea was good.”

“Service is a bit slow, but overall worth it for the quality of the food you receive. I ordered a lamb gyro and the hummus appetizer. The appetizer was out relatively quickly (~5 minutes) and tasted great. My only gripe was my main dish took a fair amount longer to receive, even though the restaurant was not busy. If you have time, this place is definitely worth checking out. Definitely was not disappointed.”

“Regularly enjoy this place, and staff is usually great. I will share this complaint with a few others before me, though: there is one woman behind the register who frequently takes my order, and as others have said, is not very pleasant. She does not greet, is not very polite, and has little urgency. I'm not interested at all in alienating this person, but would like to see her start acknowledging her customers at the very least. It is probably the only thing keeping me from giving a full 5 stars to be frank.”

“We went to Clydes for the first time tonight. We will definitely go back! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our food was great! My husband had brisket and loved it! I had a potato and it was delicious! Both my children ate their food with no problems. They even accommodated a special request for my very picky 7 year old. “The rating was a 89. The food looked cold like it had been sitting there for hours. None of them had on hair nets or gloves. One guy brushed his head standing over the food they had out. Another guy was digging in his nose with a paper towel and then came right back to fixing food without washing his hands. Food wasn't bad but they don't have good hygiene in the place.”

“I love this restaurant!! We usually get in right after the 5 p.m. open. We always ask for Haley. She is awesome. Service is fast and friendly. Food is amazing. You have to try the boat. We're always so shocked how small the check is after appetizers, some rolls and dessert. This is a must try. They also have a reward program. I think it's 10 dollars for every 200 spent. Everything seems to be made to order, including each coffee, so it's very fresh but there were only 2 people working during our visit so it took awhile. “This location consistently provides me with superior customer service every single time I visit the store. I can honestly say that every employee I’ve ever come in contact with at this location has been amazing to me. Michelle in particular is always so nice and extra courteous each time I visit the store. She even remembers my name and my usual order. I have several years experience in customer service and it is very rare that I meet someone that I’m actually impressed with. I just placed an order five minutes before they closed and she was still just amazing. I just witnessed her also give the other four customers in the store outstanding customer service as well as me. If I ever go back into retail I’m going to do my best to recruit her to whatever store I’m at.”

“This is a second location of El Cazador, the taco truck on Governor's. The food is just as good. They have a nice shady spot with picnic tables to eat. They also have a drive through. If you've been to the original location you'll know the food here is fantastic. It's probably the best, most authentic Mexican food in town. Will certainly go again.”
