“This was the first visit here w/ my New yr 2024 flt. sequence crew. The CA decided to stay n the hotel n go to the gym, so me, our FO n the FA1, all went to try out this restaurant. I was so glad we ended up deciding to try this place out. Everything I ordered was good. I ordered the shroom appetizer/ starter it was lightly battered and tasty. I ordered the anything and everything salad. It was very filling. Unfortunately, they ran out of dried cranberries but there was so much leftover that I have enough for a big lunch tomorrow.”

Other server was sent home because waffle house didn't think they would get busy get busy. He was able to keepbup when it did get busy. He had a big to go- order. Tables were full more tan one person per table. There was also one person at the bar. He hussled and did his best to take care of it all. Cook was awesome too. Best half pecan waffle I've ever eaten.”

“I had a very patient employee walk me through the process and recommend different crusts and toppings for my low carb dietary restrictions. The array of toppings and cheeses boggled my mind! It was really exciting to see how many options I still had there! I made the most delicious pizza combo that I could think of, but they cooked it perfectly! I got the cauliflower crust and they somehow managed to make it crispy. I have never experienced a crispy cauliflower crust. And for that reason alone I would go back. Everything was so fantastic that I literally daydream about going back there every day and have to try and talk myself out of it. Who am I kidding?! I'm going there tonight!”

Only bad experience with a Jersey Mike's ever. EDIT: The manager reached out to me and apologized for the sandwiches being made wrong. She offered to replace it fully, but I live out of town so it wasn't feasible for me to accept. Either way, I appreciated the call very, very much. I updated my score to reflect that better. Not a fully score recovery because my food was made wrong initially, but I brought it up because I do really appreciate the call.”
