“What a great surprise! I thought I hadn't noticed this place when we were downtown a few days ago, but it turns out they just opened! I was peeking inside to see what they had and was offered a menu. I was so happy to find acai bowls. I ordered one and was delighted - it was quick and fresh and reasonably priced. Loved that the spoons were even wood and sustainable! Really lovely little place with friendly staff. Highly recommend.”

“As sad as I am to say, I wasn’t too crazy about SS. Maybe it’s just not my cup of tea but in my opinion, they all kinda fell flat on flavors OUTSIDE of the appetizers. The appetizers were FOR SURE the star of the show. The fried chicken w/ watermelon dish was a 10/10. The chicken had a perfect cook on and was seasoned to perfection and the refreshing watermelon twist to refresh your palette was fantastic. Service was fantastic and our waitress was awesome, we never had to wait on drinks, she always came by to check on us and make sure we were good and she was super friendly. I gave the atmosphere a 4/5 only because I’m personally not a fan of super dark restaurants especially in older buildings but different strokes for different folks I suppose. Overall I don’t think we’d be coming back. I spent right at about $125 for everything and the only dish that got ate was the fried chicken appetizer so the other $100 of food just got wasted.”

The ladies who took my order were pleasant and asked if I wanted the ingredients separated from the chips so they would not get soggy, something that I had not considered. After reading a few reviews on this place, I decided to check it out for myself because I love Asian food and, unfortunately, it's hard to find on a buffet and, if it is, it's cold or just generally bad for various reasons. I am here to say, however, that this is by far the best buffet I have ever been to. “Took my 2 sons to try it out. Food was good, no real issues with it. Expensive for sure. 3 cheeseburgers, 1 regular fry (we shared) and 3 regular drinks was $55. Burgers were $10-$11, regular fry $7 (you get a lot) and drinks $3.50 for a 20oz. We eat out every day with our job, so this can’t be a daily. Is it good food? Yes. Is it a bargain? Not so much. Everyone’s situation is different and options vary. Glad to have another good choice in town though. 👍”

“Pay First! We were looking for a change of pace and googled buffet places in Saraland. We decided to take a chance and eat here. This is our third time coming here and we love it. The place is small but roomy, the people are friendly, the atmosphere is warm and pleasant. The food is great and plentiful. They open from 10am-9pm and for 2 people during Lunch time the price is $29.90($14.95 per person). I haven't been for Dinner yet, so I don't know the price. If you like Crawfish and Boil Shrimp, you can eat your fill during Lunch time.”
