“The new Starbucks set up on Atlanta Hwy near Perryhill Rd is Great. It's near the house so my wife loves it. Starbucks is usually a friendly experience but still worth mentioning. So, my wife's favorite isn't on the list below. Try the Bacon, Egg, Gouda Cheese sandwich. Thanks Starbucks.”

“It was a very nice place. It's laid back, the people are kind and respectful. They have a smokers room where you can go in and play. It's clean and.really didn't reek of smoke when I walked in. The restaurant has amazing food and I highly recommend it. The little gift store is filled with nice gifts. It you haven't visited, you should. You can start out with as little as a dollar. Good luck!! I hope you win BIG!!!”

“Man, where do I start.... When I say that everything about this place is great, I mean stellar. The food, the service, the laid back vibe.... Attention to details matter. Food served on warmed plates, syrup for waffles served warm, food cooked perfectly. The asparagus in my wife's dish was spot on. So many places serve it over done and soggy. This was tender, but still crispy..... Perfect! The manager, Will, came over to check on us and I could stop telling him how excellent of a job he and his staff are doing. The owner happening to be in today also and came over to introduce himself. I again let him know also how well his team is doing. That's not always easy when you first open. This place has been open for only 2 weeks and from what we saw, is running like a well oiled machine. Thanks to the staff and management of the newest brunch spot in The Gump. If everything stays the same as what happened with our experience there today continues, this place will have ultimate success! This could be the Urban Oasis of Montgomery.”

“P.S. Taco was a real treat! What more could I say; it was a pleasant surprise of good service and flavorful food. I had two tacos (belly of the beast and the black jack) and a side (Mexican corn). As I mentioned before the food tasted fresh and full of flavor. Belly of the beast taco was jam packed with plump shrimp and savory pork belly, the sweet chilli spicy mayo really pulled out the flavor of the meat! The Black jack had Korean style marinated beef, pineapple, and a tasty mango salsa.”

“We intended on visiting a different bar and found they were closed so decided to visit this one. For some reason it had an intimidating look from all of the bikes parked outside but we were pleasantly surprised. The bartender was extremely friendly even though she knew we were from out of town and was not only prompt but welcoming and very kind. The drinks were moderately priced and the bar food was pretty good considering the fact it was actually bar food. 😂 The patrons were also friendly and were extremely laid back. The atmosphere was rock and there was a variety of music playing. It was refreshing to listen to music new and old as well as being able to play the jukebox remotely via the TouchTunes app. If you're looking for a fun bar off the main grid, give this one a shot. I assure you that you won't be disappointed.”

“Don’t let the outside appearance fool you; this place has amazing food. I have been a couple of times and I am always surprised by how well made the dishes are. The burgers especially are large and well seasoned, with a toasted bun. Give this place a chance. You won’t regret it.”

“Where do I start? As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a true sense of southern hospitality by the staff. The food was phenomenal and the drinks were amazing. As someone who is from Montgomery I can see this lasting for decades due to the cleanliness of the restaurant, prompt delivery of your food, amazing ambiance and overall great taste. 5/5”

“Stumbled upon the restaurant, recently opened. Menu looked nice so decided to try it. Service was excellent, we were checked on by four or five different people throughout the meal. Cocktail was strong and tasted great. Wings were the appetizers and both the Blueberry BBQ and the Sweet Thai chilli wings were delicious and very large with what I presume was a house made ranch. I ordered the King Calzone and also got to try the King Flatbread Pizza and I loved both. Friend really enjoyed the Sicilian Sandwich he ordered. We are both excited to come back next weekend. Spread the word, I believe it's locally owned.”

“This is by far the best mapco, the only problem is as of late they don't open the doors during the night. I work nights and used to come here all the time for a snack but now they will just stare at their phones while ignoring you at the door. But during the day they are perfect, and very nice.”

“This was a quick stop visible from the ramp. Good size parking lot surrounded by warehouses and industrial yards. Workers were friendly and wore easily identified uniforms. They offer a variety of prepackaged treats, drinks and snacks typically found as well as some local treats and eclectic offerings beside the register for easy in and outs. My husband and I both found our preferred snacks for sale. The ice cream was especially welcome on a hot day. Restrooms are single use and very clean. (My camera was too full to save photos, but I uploaded a few through the app.)”

“December 2017 I traveled from Kentucky to say goodbye to my uncle who was terminal with cancer. For years he talked about how wonderful this place was, so while my mother and I were visiting, he made us load up in the car and drive to Grady, Alabama. Although the trip was difficult for him, it was worth it. This is now my favorite memory with my favorite uncle. Driving to a little school house tucked away in the boonies - and eating the best chicken I've ever had in my life. Definitely worth a visit! The character and hospitality of this wonderful restaurant have left an imprint on my heart and my stomach!”

“I have been passing by this adorable little cafe for years but always at the wrong times so was never able to stop in. I made it a point today to head over. They're located a bit over an hour from me and even if we had not had food the hospitality shown by the owners was certainly worth the drive!! Very welcoming and didn't hesitate to engage us in conversation! But the amazing down home country cooking was nostalgic of my Grandma's. Collard greens, fried chicken, yams, black eye pea salad, and more plus dessert, brownies, lemon cookies, and red velvet cake to name a few! Delicious!! Can't wait to go back! Highly recommend you stop on in at Tin Top Cafe! You won't be disappointed!!”

“I always stop anytime I'm passing by and they happen to be open. They have truck parking here in this lot so that's a huge plus for me. It'll run you $16 for a deluxe bacon cheeseburger with everything on it, chips, drink and a Snickers. It's affordable and in quality these burgers stand alone. I've never had one that wasn't delicious and perfectly cooked. They are friendly and pretty quick too. Even at lunch time I only waited about 10 minutes from ordering to getting my food.”

“Stopped in for lunch and seen why the parking lot is always full. The finest of home cooked southern cuisine. Friendly staff extremely clean dining and kitchen area. Priced right and you'll live alot longer eating here versus processed fast food drive thru hell holes. We're losing this America the experience of the neighborhood Cafe the dining experience of eating with your neighbors and your waitress. We're not moving forward by pressing a screen for a combo meal.”

“I always felt it was a bit over the top to become a member of a country club, but Wynlakes is of the highest caliber, and I'm glad we decided recently to join. I won't name names this early because so many of the staff made us feel like we had already known them for a long time. They are of the highest caliber and, when matched with such an inviting atmosphere, it has proven to be a great place to enjoy great food and unwind after work.”

“One of the last places to eat in Eastdale Mall. This place has great food and great prices for a fast grab lunch. The owner was a genuinely nice guy and for 6.99 I got a large slice of meat lovers pizza, chips, and a drink. You can order whole pies or by the slice and he even has soul food on Friday.”
