I stopped by this location on my way to work and they made my coffee correctly AND didn't charge me to fix it! I would have been fine paying for the new coffee but she wouldn't let me. “I regularly order from here via Doordash, and while the food is always good, lately they've been leaving stuff out of my bag. Also, today my drink was crammed into the same bag as my food when it normally comes in a separate bag. It normally wouldn't be an issue, but the cup was leaking. My Dasher says she never has problems when the GM is on duty, but that lately she hasn't even been picking up orders from this McDonald's because they're consistently forgetting things in the bag and it's giving her bad reviews. Please either don't seal the bag until the Dasher has had a chance to double check it or have whoever makes the order actually sign off on it.”

“My boyfriend and I came here for breakfast today and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was cute and felt homey which is hard to find in a big city like Birmingham. We had Bryan as our server and he was phenomenal. He's definitely a pro. The food was also delicious and came in large portions. Definitely visiting here again!”

“I have tried the chicken salad everywhere, it seems. I won't name off the places, everyone knows who sells it. This is the best! Yes, it's a little pricey for the size but it's a treat and it's delicious. I agree with another reviewer, the broccoli salad is the best ever. I have been twice since being told by someone at work that I HAD to try this cafe and I will be a regular. The staff are professional and very friendly as well.”

“Our family went late the other night to eat. I was kind of skeptical and thought oh they’re going to get something wrong. I ordered a chicken sandwich and specified details of how I wanted it fixed. Large fry and a large diet Coke. They said they would have to go to the back and see if had any chicken left. They came back and said they had one piece left and that it would be about a 20 minute wait. When food was received it was the best I had had from Columbiana McDonald’s in while. Thank you!!!”

Everyone was so nice from the woman who took our order to the gentleman who took payment and gave us our food. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. They even made sure to ask if we needed condiments, more napkins, cream and sugar, anything. Thank you! You rarely get that service today.”
