“The atmosphere is relaxed. The food is great for the price. The salad bar is adequate but lacking some choices and has poor flow. The building has had some work going on for quite a while. Aparantly there used to be a big aquarium in there but now it is adorned with blue tarps. Overall it is a nice quiet place to eat and talk with colleagues.”

“I really like this location, they normally get your order right and do it pretty fast, the only thing I feel like they need to work on is the biscuits. They're never done all the way. I love their chicken biscuit, but I dont get it anymore because it's not cooked right. Mushy and the texture just isn't satisfying. I will say they're customer service rocks and the place is very friendly. Come lunch time this place is rocking, if they just work better on making sure their food is cooked all the way through they would get better ratings”

“My husband and I don’t come as frequently as we have in the past! We always liked it. This past visit didn’t disappoint either! My first impression of any restaurant is cleanliness, as I cannot stand to eat in a nasty environment. We always find this restaurant clean in spite of the fact that they cook with grease! The food was cooked fresh served hot and was delicious!! We did have 2 issues: one being they forgot to give us hush puppies on one plate and the second being they were out of plastic ware due to something about the truck. They had some behind the counter that they had to get next door at Popeyes, but it wasn’t stocked in the dining area! While yes that’s not perfect, But to me that’s just a normal mishap! Over all our meal and visit was great but I gave 4 stars due to those 2 issues. It needs to be addressed so it doesn’t become a habitual problem. But it won’t hinder us from returning!”

The cashier was allowed to answer the phone then put them on hold and leave on hold even when the girl wasn't doing anything else, repeatedly. Everyone but cashier was making pizzas but no one was getting them out and pushing to customers. I left w/o my pizza”

“Excellent meal. Mama Ree's is like eating at your grandma's. We stopped on a Sunday will driving from Auburn to Memphis. It was a review from Raecheal that convinced us to try Mama Ree's. Turned out Raecheal was our server. There were a good number of customers there, but we were seated right when we arrived. The buffet was delicious. Everything was hot and ready to eat. I had a couple main lunch plates then some of the dessert options. We will definitely be back when we find ourselves traveling along 280 at the right time for a Mama Ree's fix. “Ate at Batter up 8/16/19 for dinner on our way home form Birmingham. The owner and staff made you feel if you had known them for years. Friendly and very accommodating. The owner actually came to our table twice to speak and the waitress was always checking on us. The food was equally wonderful, reasonably priced and large portions. this place is about an hour's drive from my home but I will definitely go back soon and take friends.”
