“Amazing experience! The owner is so incredibly nice, warm and welcoming. She was patient while we chose our drinks and had a friendly conversation with us. The establishment is clean and organized, easy to get to and has plenty of parking. The nutrition shop actually offers popsicles and energy bites that I've seen no other shop offer. We tried the pops and they were great! The drinks were amazing too! If you're into the nutrition shops, I highly suggest this one! Even though these are scatted across town, this one definitely stands out the most!”

“My trip to Marble Slab was a family trip that almost cause me to melt my ice cream. When we entered, there were about 4 or young ladies behind the counter but only 2 was really working. 2 of the young ladies were talking and after seeing my children come in, they look at each other and one acted like she was cleaning and the other went to the back like she was looking for something. I was immediately upset and if I had not had my children with me, I would have walked out. However, there is a happy ending, one of the ladies who was working must have noticed and greeted us and said, with a smile, I’ll take care of you. She was really pleasant and filled our orders and put smiles on my babies faces. I wish I would have got her name so that she could be recognized. I hope she got the tip I left and it wasn’t split.”

Someone teach these Gen-Z types how to smile and maybe a refresher on what good manners are. Not rude, but damn close. It's obvious customer service is not something they understand. “I called ahead and reserved 2 sprinkle biscuits which came out to $5. The biscuits, environment, and service were great. They have microwaves available if you want to heat the biscuits up which I recommend. The only downside is that there are no sitting areas inside or outside of the shop. I highly recommend this little shop for the convenience, excellent service, and the very delicious biscuits at a reasonable price.”
