Coffee is nice and cheap which makes having a daily coffee a little easier for a college student. The only issue is this is located on a college campus which means it is less accessible to those that are not students.”

“I have dinner at Giuseppe's very frequently, at least four times a month. I have never been disappointed, their meatball sub is out of this world. Their chef salad is made with Romaine lettuce and other mixed greens with a very large amount of meat and cheese on it, guaranteed to please. I cannot speak for the deserts because I am usually satiated before ordering a dessert. The service there is as good as there is in Birmingham. I also pick up their pizzas to take home, it is one of my favorite pizzas in Birmingham. I do not hesitate to fully recommend Giuseppe's as a place to eat, it has a great atmosphere, try it you'll understand.”

“I'm leaving this comment because I think it's important to not only comment when service is bad but, to congratulate people that do a but people that appear to be doing their job as best they can with the tools that they have. McDonald's is often short-staffed but, and the last three times that I've been there I have observed the staff working hard to take care of the guests. About two weeks ago I came to the drive-thru and a male took my order, a male collected my payment, and a male at the next window to give me my order. I had questions he assured me everything was fine so I went along my way. That has not happened to me and McDonald's in a very long time. So I just wanted to say thumbs up for the few workers that show up and definitely the young lady that's the manager she's always kind no matter how hard her day appears to be.”

“The only thing about this McDonald's is you never know what kind of attitude is waiting for you when you get there. Some days the employees are out of sight and couldn't be any nicer, other days they sneer at you and look at you like they hate you. The fries were good this trip but I asked for ketchup and napkins, because my kids were eating them, and got neither. We only go through the drive through because the inside of this building is disgusting and has been the last 4 times we went in there. The bathrooms were awful and should have just been closed.”

“Went this morning and ordered a cinnamon melt and sausage McGriddle. McGriddle was hot but the cinnamon melt was COLD. like fresh out of the fridge. The bottom was hot when I got the bag but when I opened the box it was cold as ice. You could tell that it was undone. When I went back the manager was very nice and friendly, i could’ve gotten another one but I wouldn’t DARE ... so I got a refund. She even apologized. The 3 Stars are for the manager not the food.”

Prices are fair and has a wide variety of options to choose from along with a beer cooler and hot food. I am only giving 3 stars because the other day, I found a roach crawling on the straws beside the fountain drink center. Hope something is done and will update when I do find out.”
