“Amazing experience! The owner is so incredibly nice, warm and welcoming. She was patient while we chose our drinks and had a friendly conversation with us. The establishment is clean and organized, easy to get to and has plenty of parking. The nutrition shop actually offers popsicles and energy bites that I've seen no other shop offer. We tried the pops and they were great! The drinks were amazing too! If you're into the nutrition shops, I highly suggest this one! Even though these are scatted across town, this one definitely stands out the most!”

“I ate here for a weekday (Monday) lunch. The service was quick, not unfriendly and the food was brought to the counter after about 8 minutes. Definitely prepared fresh. With a 15% tip and a drink (drink is extra $2 plus change) the total was just under $20 which is not too bad considering current price inflation and that I got the steak and shrimp combo. I will definitely return and try it again. Atmosphere: Bama themed which is a plus. The place was not busy at all. It reminded me of when Ichiban was in their old location near the old Bama Bowl but with more seating. I would give it 3&1/2 stars due to the sticky table I sat at. Restaurant overall wasn’t unclean, in fact it seemed to be cleaned pretty well. This place definitely competes with the other Japanese places around…plus they have bubble tea.”

“Great breakfast sandwich and donut holes! They had fresh donuts and hot sandwiches which were made while we waited a very short time. Indoor and outdoor seating but the indoor was tight. We waited about 15 minutes to have our order taken but it was worth it!”

“We went two Saturdays in a row because we enjoyed it so much. My husband and I had the Sweater Weather latte with oat milk and no whip. I had the blueberry muffin, pumpkin muffin, and avocado toast with an egg. We also tried their pumpkin scone as well. The muffins are big and the pumpkin muffin had delicious cream cheese in the top. It did not have the fake pumpkin taste that often pumpkin flavored things have. All of the pastries had a good texture and flavor. I did not like the pumpkin scone as much. I wish the avocado toast had been a little more warm and toasty when it came out but overall it tasted good. The time between ordering and when the food came was pretty fast.”

“Heritage House Coffee is One of the best coffee's i have been to. Their Tea and coffee options are the best, they have Decaf and unsweet options. The staff is super kind and sweet the guy that take orders is very helpful and friendly wish him all the best. The place is very nice organized the atmosphere is cozy perfect to hangout with friends, partner... The coffe house is quite big there are plenty seating areas outside and inside. There are quiet spots like small rooms inside the coffee if you wanna work or study there. I like the Idea of Prayer wall it gives soul to the place. Overall we enjoyed our time there, will be visiting more. Highly Recommend!”

“Great ambience and service! The staff was extremely patient with our family, as we were first-time customers today, and super friendly. We just stopped by for coffee but, after seeing their enticing menu of food, are definitely planning to come back in the near future for brunch. The waffles look amazing!”

“We went here to celebrate a friends birthday and it was AMAZING. I got the crab cake and it tasted great and I heard no complaints from my friends about their dishes. The waiter was super nice and who I assumed to be the owner came around and asked us how we enjoyed the restaurant. A great new spot for a girls night out or a date night in Tuscaloosa. I will be going back as soon as I can.”

“First, you have to like Starbucks beverages. If you do, then this is a great store. I was greeted when I walked in the door and directed to the mobile pick up counter where my entire order was waiting for me. The lattes were brewed perfectly. Great experience.”

“I've been here a few times. It's okay. Don't get me wrong, the food is excellent. Always is. It's about the customer service experience. I hate to give lower marks, but they really were lacking this time. I have come to expect better from this place. I'm a little disappointed this time around. It wasn't just this time either, it was last time and the time before that as well. It wasn't a one-off thing. Let's get it together, folks”

“My first time I came here The employees were kinda busy so I couldn’t ask if the tables need to be reserved or not so I sat on the bar (I’m pretty shy) a nice girl who works there noticed it and told me I could have a table. Also the guy that was serving the food made extra effort to make sure I’m enjoying everything. The food on the other hand was so delicious that I wanted more even though I was full and the menu has a verity of types of food from breakfast to lunch and dinner. I ordered the duple cheese toast burger and the broccoli soup and and a mac and cheese. Tip: Don’t let the size of the mac n cheese fool you it’s more than enough.”

“If I ever want Italian food, I have officially found the place to go! A very cute, small restaurant that is big in flavor. I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta, it was AMAZING! Typically Alfredo for me is kind of hit or miss, but they really nailed it. The sauce was plenty creamy and the chicken very flavorful. The pasta itself was cooked to perfection.”

“My niece and I stopped at this location after lunch. I usually don't visit this one, but it was on the way home from the restaurant. The voice on the end of the drive through speaker was bubbly and cheerful. We pulled around and the nice young guy at the window handed my niece her drink first.”

“I come here regularly. When I go in the drive through, there's this one older African-American lady that is so warm and loving that it always makes my day to see her smile. She should get a raise. Like a PHAT one. But beyond that, this location has the new kiosks inside which is great if you loathe socializing. One of the drive thrus is usually down and sometimes there are really long wait time. Sure, my orders have been messed up a handful of times (like when I paid $2 extra for bacon on a burger and they forgot ????), but that's fast food for you. I understand that when they're busy, accuracy is compromised. Overall it has a good location, one outstanding staff member, cheap food, and decent wait time. I like this restaurant.”

“Pros: Awesome waitress. Bacon and fried potatoes are the the best I've had. Top notch. Cons: The supreme omelet is big, meaty, but bland. Just that flat egg taste. Waffles soft, fluffy and not sweet. I've always had waffles crispy on the edges. Syrup is just a meh. Nothing special. Too much staff hanging out at the front desk. Its awkward to have so may eyes on you when you walk through the door. Prices about 20% higher than what it should be to move customers. Conclusion: Better than average breakfast though sides are better than the eggs. Great staff that have been trained well.”

“Rick's Chophouse is a gem in McKinney. This is our go to spot for Sunday brunch, or a fancy night out. First the Sunday Brunch: make a reservation! This is a popular brunch and it gets busy every Sunday. I'm not even sure they allow walk ins. The brunch is always great, with amazing fresh food. They have your typical eggs and bacon and such, along with seafood, prime rib, oysters, smoked salmon, soups, and southern comforts like Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and hash brown casseroles”

“She had asked for an extra pump of vanilla, but stated to me it tasted bitter and asked if they would put more. I asked them if they did put the extra in there because of what she said, he gave no excuses he just quickly added more for her and didn't charge us. Kudos for them for making her happy.”

“This Dunkin has come a long way in the last 5 years I have lived in Tuscaloosa. Not too long ago service was slow and the employees acted as if they could care less about you. My last few trips have been great though. My coffee was made correctly and the staff was incredibly friendly”

“I was looking for some good vegetables for lunch, and I found them. Miss J had turnip greens, collard greens, peas, macaroni & cheese, a few other vegetables and some meat. I had to get back to work quickly, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The food is delicious, and Miss J was super friendly. I'll definitely be going back soon.”
