“This location consistently provides me with superior customer service every single time I visit the store. I can honestly say that every employee I’ve ever come in contact with at this location has been amazing to me. Michelle in particular is always so nice and extra courteous each time I visit the store. She even remembers my name and my usual order. I have several years experience in customer service and it is very rare that I meet someone that I’m actually impressed with. I just placed an order five minutes before they closed and she was still just amazing. I just witnessed her also give the other four customers in the store outstanding customer service as well as me. If I ever go back into retail I’m going to do my best to recruit her to whatever store I’m at.”

“China Dragon is a fast-food Chinese restaurant located just off the corner on Pine Grove and Wall Triana in northwest Madison. While I was skeptical to go there at first, I’m glad I did because this small, family owned business does a great job making all the usual Chinese dishes you’d expect to find and are reasonably priced. I’ve ordered dinner from China Dragon on several occasions and every time it has been great meals. They are cooked to-order, served hot and the portions are generous. One thing I want to point out that keeps bringing me back to China Dragon and may be of interest to those of you who are from the east coast or upper Midwest are the crab Rangoon. What you will notice at China Dragon is that they use the cream cheese and crab recipe for their crab Rangoon. This is the recipe that I love and can’t find anywhere else here in the south. I recommend that you give the crab Rangoon a try at China Dragon and any of their other dishes.”

“My husband & I visited the Athens location for dinner. We have been to this particular location on a few occasions & each time had been a pleasant experience. The subs are delicious! During this visit, my husband was looking for a new hot sauce to try. He inquired at the register where he met the manager, Dylan, who offered to assist him in finding a sauce he would like. He brought 3 sauces to our table which he said were "customer favorites." My husband was happy with his choice. It's exceptional to find an employee that will go out of their way to ensure a positive experience. We had been to a few other local Firehouse Subs & due to customer service (as well as great subs), this one is our favorite. I think it's important to share good experiences, not just complaints. We'll be back! Athens is highly recommended!”

“Date of visits 10/21 & 10/23 2019. Anyone familiar with my reviews would recognize I like sub sandwiches. Firehouse is my favorite sub location and I took my mother there for lunch. I ordered a full-size Hero cut in thirds and we shared it. mom raved about it, but I was surprised when she asked if we could go back on 10/23. Subs are not her preference, but she liked the sandwich. I ordered the same, but somehow 'cut in thirds' became quarters. Oh well, it was still delicious and we made it work. Eat-in or take out, this is a nice place to visit and they are the best subs around.”

My only complaint is the bathroom was surprisingly bad compared to the rest of the building.
