“Went in today at lunchtime and grabbed a quick sub.. promptly greeted as the door opened but the greeting was meh. Sounded like the guy who was greeting me was half asleep or had been hanging out next door at the Dispensary. I work in customer service and have for 20+ years. You want your customers to feel invited in, not that they're a hindrance and bothering you. And when did you stop putting pickles in with the subs??? The food was great like it always is but the customer service was definitely lacking.”

“The sushi was delicious! I had the Arizona roll and i enjoyed it very much. It was nice and quiet when we went in. Our server was very respectful and checked on us many times. The price was a little high for two people but i felt like it was reasonable for the quality of the food and the restaurant itself. “Something exciting has officially moved into the neighborhood. It was Halloween and we were limited on options and decided to try Pho Saigon Pearl. We left pleasantly overwhelmed with our taste buds in a daze. No MSG and all ingredients were fresh. The leftovers the next day held to form and I'm confident we have found a winner. Costs are surprisingly low considering the overall portions making Saigon Pearl a real value. I'm looking forward to making this place a permanent part of my rotation for West Valley gems. Cheers!”

“The entree sizes are very big. There is definitely a lot of bang for your buck. The food tastes good. It is good comfort food and they are super quick. I ordered very few times with a wait time of more than 15 times until the order was ready for rake out. The staff is nice and friendly. It is not a place for fine dining but I order almost always for take out anyway so it doesn't bother me. I like to experiment and try new dishes every time I order and I haven't received anything that I didn't like, so far. The prices are justified, especially when considering the size of the entrees. I can definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.”

“Absolutely amazing! We live in the neighborhood and have wanted to try this restaurant. Tonight we came in, we ordered, everyone was so friendly, and it was while we were waiting for our food that we realized we must have walked in right at closing... but did they turn us away? No they did not-they served us the best customer service and most delicious food we could have hoped for! Everything looked and tasted fantastic! Even after apologizing they were nothing but smiles. We will 100% be recommending this restaurant to all of our friends and neighbors!”
