“I normally order through the drive through at this location and today and I ordered a sandwich and a croissant as well as a 4 drinks. I was informed that their ovens were offline and weren’t able to cook or heat anything. They then told me that they are still offering the food and I can heat them at home. I asked if I can have a discount for the inconvenience and they refused stating that I was buying the cold food at my own discretion. After I paid, they then asked for my card again to refund me for the sandwich because they were out. For a company that sells overpriced food and drinks I find it hard to believe can’t offer a small discount when their appliances shut down or when they constantly run out of items. Starbucks makes too much money not to make it up to their customers. I could have left and spent my $30 at a different location that had their store in order. A little courtesy doesn’t hurt anybody.”

“Great place to get decent size rolls with plenty of fish inside. The tuna roll and salmon avocado roll are great. My favorite is the lucky roll. I have a wheat allergy so I order without sauce and ask for oil and salt on the salad instead of dressing. They provide gluten free soy sauce if you ask. Very Quick service, fun old school music and close by makes this our favorite place.”

“Went by this place where it's grand opening. There were tons of employees there and service trainers all about and a food truck specifically dedicated to coffee. The speed of the service was awesome and the food came out as ordered. I tried one of their chicken strip meals. The chicken strips are pretty standard for the fast food industry but most of my friends have a religious experience for the Cane's sauce that they use. For me the Cane's sauce is not that exciting. The meal came with coleslaw that is similar to KFC but just not as sweet and grilled bread which is really great and standard crinkle cut french fries.”

“Wow. When I pulled up I was skeptical but as an avid reviewer, I was hopeful. Y'all .... This place was great. Pizza was great. Cheese sticks were good. The only complaint was the marinara wasn't what I was expecting. I feel like my assumption was that it was going to be thick, Americanized marinara. It seemed to be homemade and thinner than I expected. Flavor was good but I was expecting something different. We will be coming back here for sure!”
