“Food is great but the customer service needs work. I was at a neighboring store when I saw the new Manny's burgers. Being a person that likes to support small business I thought I would check out this new place. The inside feels a little empty and needs some inspiration. The decals on the wall were cute. The cashier was very nice but he didn't smile. Again, he was very nice but he could've worked on his smiling. He took the order well, confirmed, used good volume on speaking, but never smiled. The best thing about this place was the burger. The burger was amazing. It was a great patty cooked perfectly. It was a very enjoyable piece of meat. I was expecting a typical frozen patty but this tasted fresh, the bun was fresh, the vegetables were fresh and they give you a nice little side of the crispy/battered fries and the total for my bacon cheeseburger with fries was less than $9. I thought the price point was great, the food was awesome and I think they just need to get that smile going along with having somebody coming out to check on people. Being it's a new establishment I would try to create relationships with the customers that do come in. Regardless of the food it's it's still nice to have friendly service. I would suggest to have more interaction with the customers (if possible) after they've ordered. It seemed that after each order the employees would retreat to the back (probably to do things) but it felt like you were left alone in the restaurant and nobody was really tending to the customers after they ordered or thanking them for coming in when they leave. It's also nice to acknowledge the customer, with a "thank you", when they tip especially since it was written in the receipt handed back to you. I hope this place does well as I'd like to return my next time thru Anthem.”

“This place is awesome! Great owners, the food is everything you'd expect from an authentic taco stand. I highly recommend the El Pastor and the Carnitas Tacos. They have a great outdoor seating area. Hours can somewhat very as it's just two people. But a must try for sure.”

“We recently had an event catered by Phat Turtle. I had never eaten at a Phat Turtle prior to the event but I do love me some good BBQ. The food was absolutely amazing. Truly tastes homemade like summer cookouts with your friends. The meat was so tender and the sauces we perfectly balanced and complimented well. I LOVED the Mac and Cheese. It was very creamy and smooth and perfect balance of cheese and noodles. Will definitely visit now and often!! Thank you.”

“I love this place! We have so very few good selections within a 30 minute drive. After coming and going into 3 places tonight I landed at the Glossy Heifer. Great environment, friendly staff (fully staffed btw), clean and inviting. I sat at the bar and had some really good beer, also another thing lacking in Anthem! The bartender was very attentive and available when needed. I will definitely be back because the guy sitting next to me told me to have the prime rib, it’s to die for! He also said to try the chicken wings, if I could handle the flavor! Kudos guys, way to bring it!”

“At last Anthem has a decent breakfast restaurant. I am really happy to have all American breakfasts so close to my home. I have had to drive 10 miles further to get a comparable breakfast. Their country-fried stake is huge and very tasty. Their "basic" skillet will really satisfy as well.”
