A solid shot of espresso is offered here. No need for sugars or milks. Open from 8am to 8pm daily is a great treat paired with Latin music. Great atmosphere :)”

“I was pleasantly surprised this place was as good and authentic as it is. Large interior with plenty of seating which is good because it was pretty busy. Food was delicious and everything on the menu looked delicious. Service here was different though, since I didn't realize the waitress doesn't bring you a check or if they're supposed to than mine just never came back. You arrive and get seated, they take your order and afterwards you go up to the cashier, give them your table number and pay that way.”

After being told at the circle k located on 43rd ave & Thomas that they couldn’t help me because they had “too much pennies” (yes the pennies are in rolls) I came to this location to see if they actually did their job & help their customers; surely they did! My only small complaint is that the bike rack isn't in view of the in-store area. I use my bike for transportation everywhere and some of the people in the area are known for stealing bikes. I'd like to sit and enjoy my meal sometimes and know I won't come back to just a cut chain, which has happened before.”

I tried the Mediterranean Platter on the "soft opening" menu as well as the Cauliflower and was very happy with both. I cannot wait to make this a usual on my rotation of vegan eats in the valley.
