“I'm really picky about boba and since i have moved to this area i have not been very satisfied with some of the boba places i have tried. I was really impressed, I ordered the Okinawa Milk Tea and my husband got the Tiger Sugar Milk Tea with no boba (he doesn't care for boba because of texture) which he loved and he is not a fan of Milk Teas. I loved the boba, it wasn't super sweet and the tea was perfect, wasn't brewed for too long so there was no bitterness like some places I've had. The menu wasn't overwhelming and easy to follow, some places make it way to complicated. Although the lady working was a little hard to understand she made sure my order was right since one drink was without boba, and it IS a boba shop. She was also very happy and welcoming when i walked in and made the drink within a couple of minutes. Place was clean and tidy, very nice atmosphere. Will definitely be going back and excited to try the other drinks.”

“My father-in-law, wife, and I went for brunch with the dogs. We love the dog-friendly atmosphere; it's probably the most dog-friendly restaurant we know. The food and drinks are delicious. My only complaint is that the food is too salty. If they could dial back the salt, it would be perfect. My wife ordered the avocado toast 🥑, my dad got the Littl-O burger🍔, and I ordered the breakfast pizza🍕. The serving size of the pizza was enough for two people. We always have a great time there, the server was friendly and helpful, and we will definitely be back!”

“Came back to give 1 less star because I'm disappointed in their change of cup sizes. Guess they chose to follow behind starbucks in paying more for less product. I order a medium at all coffee stands and they all fit in my medium drink coozie, except for Starbucks and now human bean. This rinky dink tiny drink is NOT a medium. Dutch, the fix and even dunkin donuts know the proper size for medium.. Original review -> Friendly staff, bagels are Good and the Granitas are good especially when you order extra shots of espresso in them. I return often.”

“Came here due to a festival taking place across the street at Paradise Valley College. I'm pretty certain I'll be dropping by often. It was one of the best coffee shops I've been to in the Phoenix area. The coffee was fresh and they put the right amount of sweetness into the drinks so you taste the coffee and flavors without it feeling like a mouthful of sugar. The cold brew admittedly does taste rather strong... and that's coming from someone who likes cold brew. Cold brew is supposed to be stronger but this coffee takes it up a notch so just be aware if ordering cold brew. The breakfast we had was nothing short of exceptional. We had salmon bagels with egg and a kit kat bar.... along with coffee of course. Maple pecan coffee is a good start if you're indecisive. The salmon bagel was perfectly prepared. There was an abundance of cream cheese, the egg was cooked properly and the bagel was toasted to perfection... where you get a crunch but it's still plenty soft. Haven't tried the lunch but based on this first visit, I'll need to try. Compliments to the staff as well. They were quick and very friendly. I love the outdoor seating area. You can come by, take a seat outside and enjoy breakfast or lunch in silence while reading or browsing your phone or laptop.”

“It’s a “hidden” gem on Washington and 3rd St. Friendly service. It’s an outside location, they have a mist to accommodate the outside heat. The coffee is delicious.”

“Our friend who lives in Santa Fe brought us here. It immediately reminded me of a European Cafe/Restaurant. There were a lot of outdoor tables across from The Plaza. The Maitre D' Restaurant found us a good table. Our Garçon, in shirt & tie, greeted us warmly & professionally. The menu was extensive; many food & drink options. We ordered: crisp Pepe Loco drafts, a super flavorful Shakshuka, & a fresh tasting New Mexico chopped salad. The atmosphere was sophisticated yet informal. Wanted to return almost immediately after leaving.”

“Luanas has my heart. Truly a hidden gem in Phoenix!! I’ve been getting coffee from Luanas ever since they were located on Bell Road with their little coffee stand. Then I moved and coincidentally they moved into a spot right around the corner from me and then they had to move again to the location they are at now. Over the years, they have been true to their word, honest to customers, slang the best food and drinks and never disappoint. You can come here for coffee, beers, cocktails, breakfast, lunch, dinner, to get work done, date spot, trivia and you’ll just enjoy it.”

“The people are great and the drinks are really good. Would go 5 stars except that the menu display and accessibility isn't that great so knowing what they have and what you're ordering is a bit challenging. Otherwise it's a great spot. My daughter's favorite is the Frozen Hot chocolate - I love the plain green mint iced tea. It's delicious and as a non coffee drinker I find it so hard to find decent tea but they have a really good one here.”

“If you have time, ask questions; the staff told such interesting stories and facts about the drinks and culture. I appreciate learning new culture facts. The sugarcane drink is so delicious; so nostalgic of when I would chew on sugarcane as a child! The staff was so polite and had a wonderful smile. The shop is so well decorated! Nothing to complain about here. I can't wait to go back to try their other drinks!”

“Nice location, but... it's located right next to a middle school, so avoid coming here in the afternoons during the school year. Looks like the baristas are onto the situation by blocking half the lobby / pulling in the outside tables and encouraging they don't loiter for too long. 👏”

“We tried this place twice, once for the Korean Snow and once for the ice cream. The service is great, you greeted right away and they take your order and answer any questions you may have. The Korean Snow is just shaved ice with very little flavoring not worth the price. The ice cream was okay but not worth the price they charge. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms.”

“Stumbled into this place when we just needed a drink. We got strawberry and mango smoothie with boba (adds $1 each) and a dozen of donut holes totalling about $14. The taste is really average not really the authentic Asian boba tea. The boba was broken up and not chewy. $6 for one drink might as well get the authentic one.”

“This place is amazing. The service is second to none. We really appreciate the amount of time and effort they put in making sure our needs are met. The food tastes as great as the service! The team and the cooks are awesome. Hannah and Austin are the best!! Fluffles may be the best vegan waffle I’ve had!”

“Great store, great staff. One of the few stores in Phoenix that is safe enough that they don't have to lock the restrooms or put red sharp object disposable boxes for hypodermic needles in the restrooms. They also don't wait until sunrise to open the lobby and close at sunset due to crime.”

“I had the pleasure of hosting my sister in laws baby shower at The Teapot and it was amazing. Jonathan was so helpful throughout the process and answered all my questions (probably twice! Haha) The space is beautiful, well kept and had everything we needed. We opted to decorate and cater ourselves, so we were pleasantly surprised that we were able to use the drink cart for our own drinks and the tables inside for the food had table clothes and flowers. There is a kids play area behind the green wall that the kids absolutely loved! The entire yard is fully fenced so it is safe to have kiddos run free. I definitely recommend!”

“Overpriced menu but my corn soup was good delicious. My bf got a grilled cheese with fries and i personally didn’t like it all too much by itself but dipped in the soup, it’s amazing. the fries are good but i wish they were heavier coated by the spices added to them. and if you don’t like knock offs, don’t get a cappuccino. i don’t like black coffee but my bf does and even he said it was disgustingly bitter and i agree. $5 at starbucks would get you a larger size coffee than this.”

“Fist time there today (6-26-22) and it was D'Liteful! 😉 Food was very tasty and hella fresh! The smoothies are also delicious and frosty. I had a 4 berry smoothie with a strawberry salad and my partner had the Southwest bowl and a 4 berry smoothies as well. We also got an order of the hummus platter and oof! Delish! Highly recommend!
