“I thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas here. I love Mexican food and pizza, so this was a no brainer in my book. There's an awesome selection of pizzas, this makes for a nice change up when you're craving pizza but don't want the traditional places. Oh, the churros are great as well. I like to warm them up in the microwave to make them softer. Lol The only reason I give it four stars is because of the chicken bites. I was excited to try them but they were really dry and the fries were average. I would definitely stick to the pizzas! I'll be coming back for more.”

“Currently this location is very understaffed. They are seeking drivers, customer service reps and assistant managers. As of 6/24/22 they will be under restricted hours only being open from 12pm -10pm. With the call centers many of our customers are also receiving inaccurate times as they aren't aware of the staffing in the store when quoting our customers times for delivery and carryout. Please bear with us as we still try to service our customers needs with limited staffing. We still want to ensure that are getting the best quality food from us so times may exceed what is being quoted through the call centers and the online ordering tracker. We do apologize in advance and will continue to strive to bring you the best quality and customer service. Also a little explanation on why your trackers are always "stuck" in the prep stage. To ensure we are getting hotter fresher food the wait time has been moved to the uncooked side of the oven. The Dough was exactly as it should taste for a New York style pizza, the sauce flavoring was on point, and I should’ve ordered extra cheese because it was that good. “First and foremost - having been in China, this is the closest thing I’ve had to authentic Chinese food in the states. Extremely good even though the sweet and sour chicken I ordered arrived with precisely one piece of pineapple, one piece of green bell pepper, one piece of red bell paper, one thin slice of carrot and one piece of onion. The rice box was a little over half full. Even so, I’ll be back!”

“I ate here last night. The atmosphere and the staff were top notch. I ordered the Spud Fingers, The Manny Pizza, and the Korean Sweet and Spicy Mac and Cheese. The spud fries paired with the dill ranch were and nice appetizer to share. The Manny Pizza, was the first time I’ve had an avocado on a pizza. To my surprise the pizza and all the ingredients paired very nicely together, I highly recommend. Next I tried the Korean Sweet and Spicy Mac and Cheese. It was good but my wife ordered the truffle Mac and Cheese and I quite enjoyed that one more. All in all we had a very good time there and we all left full and left overs. If I lived in town I would definitely be back.”

The new order system is sometimes giving them a little trouble (pro tip: ask for an order based on the name, rather than order number), but they do a good job regardless. “Had the opportunity to try the new pizza place at Desert Ridge Marketplace. Their new location is nicely designed with big open space and clean design. There is a long bar that wraps around to the patio outside. The menu is mostly pizza, slices and whole, with some creative options as well as traditional pies. For comparison purposes, we ordered a straight-up cheese pizza with Italian sausage. The pizza was excellent - and I don't say that often about pizza here in Phoenix. Crispy, somewhat thin, crust perfectly cooked. The sauce was simple and a great pairing to their choice of cheese blend. It was a step above a typical NY street pie, and pricy. Our 16" one topping (sausage) pizza was $31.00! That's steep for pizza. We've had plenty of comparable pies for half that price. They are brand new (open one week) and still working out some of the kinks. It's a nice atmosphere and worth a visit. Great happy hour options.”

“I have ordered from this place 3 times and will continue to do so especially after yesterday's encounter. Placed an order through the app yesterday afternoon. Arrived and saw a couple that was being very rude to the workers. However with only 2 people being the only ones on staff they handled it very well. Granted my pizza took longer than expected but I fully understood after being there for 5 minutes and seeing how hectic it was in there. They gladly accommodated my order for the wait and the great customer service I experienced, I will keep coming back. Also those 2 gentlemen who were working real hard deserve a raise and thank you for making my Friday dinner better.”

“Ordered online as usual. Food wasn’t ready when I arrived, but that does happen from time to time, depending on how busy they are. No big deal. Asked what the delay was and found they had misread the order and made cinnamon twists instead of garlic twists. The counter person asked if I wanted the cinnamon twists too and when I said I didn’t want to buy the mistake she indicated they would not charge me for them. In that case, fine, I’ll take them. When everything was ready, as I checked the order, no cinnamon twists. I was informed the manager told the counter person they could not comp them. Manager should have been the one to tell me that, not hide behind the counter employee.”

“I usually like this place, but not today. I understand places are slammed right now, however everything was wrong!! I had to use Door Dash to order, they didn't have a driver. This is in no means a reflection on Door Dash or their driver. I ordered Cashew chicken, Fried Shrimp, and Crab puffs. The shrimp and puffs were over cooked, and not a Cashew in site. They gave me Garlic Chicken and veggies. Then to top it all off, I bit into a Crab puff and lost a tooth from my bottom plate of my denture. So this was a VERY EXPENSIVE meal, that I can't eat!! Now, on top of the $32 I spent on the meal, I now have to pay $90 to have the tooth reset in the denture!!”
