“Good hot Doug’s abs there are a couple signature menu items. They serve these in Kings Hawaiian Sweet Rolls. I’m not a fan of the sweet rolls. These would be so much better in a classic white bun. I believe the burgers are also served in the same sweet rolls. I would absolutely go back, but I may order without the sweet rolls. The restaurant is very clean and orderly. Little details matter to them like arranging the seats so the bar to be aligned and setting up all the tables to have the same arrangements. Friendly staff and delicious food at a reasonable price”

“This is a great building, great location and very Tempe. Adaptive reuse of an older building and a location that you can drive to but is easily biked for North Tempe or Downtown Tempe. Walking around Tempe Town Lake is also an option. Food was really good! (We went to the soft open and it was excellent already!) “Stopped in for dinner tonight. Super friendly staff that is really attentive. They have some very unique roll options with combinations I have not seen before. Everything came out as it was ready and tasted super fresh. We had the vegetable roll, the fresh veggies and the bright flavor of the pickled radish was a refreshing, light roll. The Amigo roll will be my new friend. So unique. The smoked salmon in the wasabi roll gave this beautiful light smokiness to the roll that really complimented all the other flavors. If you haven't figured out by now, this place is a must go!”

“I ordered the #1 combo, a beef pita Gyro which came with fries and a drink and baklava for dessert. I definitely wasn't disappointed! The Gyro was excellent in taste, quality and portion size. The Baklava was crisp and flaky with great sweetness and moisture from the honey. Great service as well. Plenty of choices as far as gyros and appetizers, I'll have to try the dolmas and hummus next time.. Definitely recommend 10/10.”

“The food was lackluster and bland, while the egg was over cooked in the ramen 😕 our experience was surprising from the previous positive ratings and reviews but the miso broth tasted like it was just plain beef bulion and the noodles had no flavor, and the corn was canned. 🥴 The tonkotsu broth was better flavored but still mostly waterly rather than feeling creamy. The broccoli was close to raw and plain and the orange chicken my boyfriend rated a 2 😖 ... I'd suggest better delicious alternatives Ramen Kagawa downtown and ORIGAMI RAMEN BAR our ramen has always been amazing at these locations”

The store hours are broader than most locations I've seen, a 3:30am start most days, though when I was in on Labor Day weekend, their hours were reduced. “I had major munchies for Mexican food. This Carniceria is delicious!! I first recommend you try the birria tacos so amazingly delicious, truly one of the best most delicious birria I’ve had in town. The tortillas are delicious corn and flour you have to get it yourself it’s by the hot food area. The salsas are delicious perfectly spiced. The pan dulce is delicious also very soft and sweet so so delicious the CONCHAS OMG! 🔥🔥. I picked up 3 lbs of paleta (meat) tortillas and vegetables. “A perfect “un-birthday” surprise for my mom! Everyone was so helpful in working around dietary restrictions and everything on our tray was incredible. Her favorite was the chickpea salad sandwich: a tantalizing savory treat on soda bread topped with fresh grapes. And the meringue mushrooms were the best meringues either of us have ever had. The atmosphere here is unlike anything else! You truly feel like you have stepped into Wonderland. She also loved the Apricot Peach tea so much that I bought her a bag to take home. “This is really a neat little place that I had no idea existed. There's actually a couple businesses inside of Singh Farms. What has happened is that Singh Farms has leased a portion of the golf course that exists inside the Indian Bend wash from the city of Tempe that Tempe abandoned. So there is several acres of nice golf ready tiff grass area in the wash that can be used for a variety of events car shows etc. The Barking Bodega has leased a portion of those grassy areas for a private dog park. And have opened up a small restaurant and pub catering to higher end better quality sandwiches beer and wine. The nice part is you can sit out next to the grass eat your food, beer or wine and have your dog playing in the grass nearby.”

“I had the 3-pc fish and chips special. Fish, excellent chips, slaw, Hawaiian roll, a soft drink and two sauces for $7.50. I visited the Tempe location and was surprised at how good the food was and how reasonable the cost considering the amount of chow offered!
