“Pulled pork sandwich Carolina style was very good. The hot link was a nice surprise. Nice snap, good texture, good flavor, and just a bit of heat. The fries were a hit. Nice crisp on the outside and cooked just right. The portions are plentiful too. Glad they're back and we finally got there. Two meals and bottles of water for around $22.”

It's nice to have a good Mexican restaurant with a bar nearby. TVs are all the way around in the massive TV behind the bar. The house margarita has plenty of kick and taste very good. One of our pizzas was somehow damaged in the oven, and instead of talking to us about it, they just brought one out and avoided our table until the 2nd was remade. Poor management. 2 pizzas and 4 beers came to a bill of over $100. That high price mixed with mediocre service really takes away from how good the pizzas are.”

There is a basketball hoop for both small and big kids. It was quieter than expected as well. You can hold a conversation. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.”

“Placed my order for two tacos (Barbacoba) on flour. They hand you cups & lids and a two small trays with foil to make your own sides for the tacos. I headed over to the sides bar and they were out of cabbage, cilantro, and I asked for more. My tacos were ready when the man brought out fresh stuff. So I can’t really complain. One of my tacos had a hearty helping of meat while the other was not so much. The meat was delicious. I ordered sour cream and it came in a packate that wasn’t so cold. All in all it was ok.”

“I haven't been to a buffet since we'll before the pandemic. I am always cautious about them also, as you pay a lot per person and the choices can be somewhat limited. I think we paid 14.99 per person here. The choices were plentiful and fresh. I didn't see much in the way of dishes that hadn't been resupplied or were obviously not fresh. I tried all the fried dishes - I liked the jumbo shrimp, orange chicken, fried chicken, spare ribs (or short not sure) - the sushi was good but some were bland in my opinion. I tried the steamed dumplings and those weren't my favorite. The deserts I tried were all good - the fried donuts were just too good - I mean, c'mon right? My daughter had lomein noodles, orange chicken, mostly same things I had, and she liked everything too. Overall it was a very nice dinner with my daughter - the employees are very nice, certainly attentive (used dishes were removed from our table, water glasses replenished, dishes on the buffet were kept fresh. I would go again - yummy stuff!”

Reason for 4/5 stars, other staff members seem annoyed by cashier (John). I totally get it, John (no offense) is older than others so patience is key. The other staff could have been more friendlier rather than seem to be annoyed because he was asking for help with placing order or checking inventory of food. “Saw Cupbop on Shark Tank so I had to check it out. First time customer today. I visited the Tucson, AZ location. Employees were very helpful in explaining the menu & they were all friendly. Flavors were good but the chicken was too chewy instead of the meat being tender. The chicken coating was difficult to chew because of its texture. The beef bowl flavor was good but the meat texture tasted more like ground beef that like a stir fry meat. I would return to try other options.”
