“My boyfriend and I both get Thai noodle dishes from this restaurant. When we called the second time around to place an order for take-out after enjoying our first experience with their food, they had already remembered us and our order! There is something special here you can only get with local, family owned businesses. If you are kind to them, they will be kind back. The drunken noodles I get are perfect every single time with stretchy, elegant noodles. The sauce is delicious and savory, and the veggies that come with it are cooked well. It's easy to tell that they know what they are doing, and do it well. My new favorite spot for Thai food. Thanks!”

“Drove up from the valley to meet family from out-of-state for a quick lunch and it was well worth the drive. Susie, our waitress, was attentive and patient with us as we asked questions about the extensive menu. We started with the homemade white bean soup which was no kidding just like our mom used to make. My sister had the shrimp, I had the fish and chips, and the other two had sandwiches. All excellent! We finished off with a piece of pie that was homemade and an excellent encore to a perfect lunch. I don't know that I would drive 90 miles for lunch. But the next time I go to Prescott I will definitely stop by to see the the folks at the Blue Hills Cafe! Thanks for making our simple lunch a memorable event.”

“We’ve been coming here a while and have always loved their food and impeccable service. Although this isn’t quite a review on their food per say, I want to share my experience anyway. When we went to have dinner here, we weren’t particularly having the best evening. After a few chain of events, I had to unexpectedly leave and told my waitress, Tanya, that I now needed to take the food to go. She noticed I was distraught and asked to make sure I was really ok. Then, without hesitation, she offered me a hug. I’m unable to fully explain how much her hug helped ease my devastation. I can’t thank Tanya enough for her thoughtfulness and genuine act of kindness to someone she doesn’t even know. She’s an angel for sure. You’re truly in good hands should you have the pleasure of having Tanya as your waitress. Oh, and you’ll love the food and overall service too! 😉”

“This Texan is happy! The customer service was friendly and nice to start which is a great first impression. The brisket was tender and flavorful and not dry like most places. The ribs were not too tender to fall off the bone but perfectly juicy and not too wet but nicely brushed with their sauce. The pulled pork taco was delicious and flavorful. The cornbread was sweet but moist and amazing and the side salad actually good sized. The sauces were all good too and their sweet and unsweet teas great. Loved that they serve Shiner Bock and Dr. pepper like a real Texas BBQ joint 😁 I'll definitely be back!”

“Service was 5 star all the way. Atmosphere was 5 star all the way. BBQ sauce is homemade and 4 out of 5 stars. Taco salad was 5 stars. Hamburger and grilled cheese sandwich was a 5 star. The ribs was a let down for us. We got 4 ribs that were over cooked. They had a good smoke on them but I was unable to eat half of my ribs because the meat was so dry and over cooked. The pulled pork was also very dry. The brisket was good. It had great flavor, good smoke, and juicy. I am hoping that the ribs were overly dry because they were so thin. As for the pulled pork. Would I come back? Yes. But I would make sure to request a thicker and juicier cut of ribs. I gave this review a 3 star because when I go to a BBQ house, I expect to eat ribs that are well prepared.”

“Atmosphere was nice but menu was very overpriced and our meal was overcooked to the point of being burnt. Breading (fish) . Very disappointed. The meal ( lunch) for two adults and toddler came to 80$. Won't be returning for dining, might try the bar for cocktails sometime. Went back a second time, had the rib eye steak and a glass CB of wine. The steak was cooked to perfection and so we’re the vegetables. The salad was unique and the flavor was wonderful. Still felt they were over priced (with a tip my tab was over forty dollars) and they only had one bartender and one server for a Friday night but Overall it was a good experience. Changing my review from two stars to four”

“I ate lunch here today and it was fabulous! I had a very large piece of quiche ( spinach,bacon,cheese) it was very light and fluffy and the crust was very good. My husband had the two pepper beef melt came with a spinach and greens salad. The sandwich was melt in your mouth and the salad was very fresh. I picked up a loaf of the artisan bread to bring home.
