“Visited on a Thursday night and everything was on par! Will visit again. We ordered a two piece chicken, a 4 wing chicken, waffles, Mac and cheese, cornbread, and hush puppies. They gave us each a good sample of mead, which led us to order a flight of 4 mead flavors. And there is a free appetizer while you wait for your food/drink! Service was attentive. Food was hot and not too spicy (might be spicy for some), the chicken was cooked correctly, unlike some of the reviews about the quality, and the waffles and sides are delicious! We did notice that the server forgot to ask/provide sauce for one of our orders, but she corrected that after serving the food. We wish the sauces were listed on the menu, and wish that syrup was offered if we wanted chicken and waffles... but have no complaints about anything else.”

As people who travel the country we come across a lot of different hospitality but none as great as this location. We will be sad to not have it in our days as we move along on our journey but thanks the great people at this location, Prescott / Prescott valley am pm will always be a pass through to see them again. “Finally came here since they opened. When you walk in it's a surprisingly different atmosphere. This place is for fun and backyard grills! It's wheelchair accessible and easy, with sit where you like seating. The service was knowledgeable, quick and enjoyable. They have paper towels accessible on the table which is great for messy eaters and games all around. Definitely family friendly. When you order you mark your menu with your selections. The pricing was decent. We ordered the specialty burgers; BBQ burger and Diablo burger with Chilli cheese fries (you have to order the sides separately). You can also "make your own" burger. The Chilli cheese fries were big enough to share between my husband and me. The burgers are very juicy and delicious, once you pick them up, you won't want to set it them down! Doesn't even leave a 'heavy' after taste like other bbq places. I'll be back, as I recommend this place and I'm not even a burger person! So good!”

“I have stayed at the Best Western Prescottonian many times over the years and was interested to see this restaurant take over the long-vacant space. On this occasion, I was with a group of ten - 7 teens and 3 adults. We decided to give Mi Tierra Mexicana a try. First, we were warmly greeted at 7:20pm, and the staff gladly prepared for us a table for ten without wait or complaints. Our drink orders were quickly taken and served - waters all around, along with chips and salsa. The chips had good flavor, crispness, and thickness. The salsa tasted very fresh and was nicely flavored - just the right amount of heat and lots of other flavors! I ordered a shredded beef Chimichanga, and my son ordered a burrito entree. The portions were very large, and we didn't leave hungry. Both items were high quality and nicely seasoned. The shredded beef was delicious without adding salsa, and the guacamole was fresh and flavorful. The beans and rice were good, and the portions filled the large plates. Others in our party tried various dishes, and the taco salad bowl was especially popular. No one had any complaints, and there was a lot of sampling of each other's dishes. In the end, we had a fantastic time, enjoyed our service and our food, and spent just under $20 per person, including tax and gratuity. I will look forward to returning here on a future trip and will crave the taste in the meantime.”

“April 23, 2024 Only their second day open and there was an approx 20 minute wait time. However... The employees were HUSTLING! We were greeted so nicely and seated. A wonderful server came by, got our drinks, and explained where the clean plates were. This restaurant is CLEAN! The buffet areas are well sorted and kept clean and organized. I got one or a small serving of almost everything I wanted to try and ran out out of space on my plate! The fried shrimp, bacon wrapped shrimp, crab and cheese rangoons, stuffed mushrooms, and egg rolls we're my favorites! I didn't even bother with their fresh salad bar, fresh fruit bar, and was basically too full for desserts! The seating is comfortable... The white chairs are great! The lighting is so nice but not intrusive over the table.”

I would gladly enjoy their offerings any day of the week. Mac's Dogs also caters to those with dietary restrictions. My mom tried their vegan dog and found it to be perfect for her, especially since she can't eat beef without it causing stomach issues. “While the service is iffy. The place used to be called Shannon's (name of the owner's ex-wife), now named Russo's (probably until he gets a new wife lol). The wait time can be a bit much for what you order. The prices are rather high, store hours remain inconsistent for months on end. This is due to the high turnover rate. The owner is usually the one making your food. Grievances aside, this place offers the BEST cheesecake that I've ever had! You come to a place for good food first, and while the service here is debatable. Take a chance on it. I recommend the caramel cheesecake.”

“I came on a recommendation and glad I stopped by. The menu was simple but my food was delicious. I got the California roll, and the 831 vegetable vegan ramen on the servers recommendation. “They knocked it out of the ball park. They were able to accommodate our group of 6 with a last minute reservation request by doing an early seating. Wonder small restaurant were everything is a relaxed pace. It's much easier to sit and have a relaxed evening, when all the staff is also operating at a relaxed pace. Service was very attentive, but not rushed nor hovering. They have a very excellent selection of wines, and they featured some nice daily specials. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals. Portion are large. Highly recommend this to anybody visiting the area.”

“We have dined here several times and enjoy the food and views. This visit they were filled with customers, so we were seated on the patio which produced slow service. I was disappointed by the Blackened Salmon which was just that, Black crust, but without salmon flavor or even spicy heat. Gigi did enjoy her Petite Fillet with Mex Corn that she gave to me. The corn was also not spicy.”
