“First time here and not really impressed; though I know a lot of locals like this place, so I may have to go back and try something else. The atmosphere is super cute with a diner-like feel decorated with every owl home decor item you can think of; apparently you can also purchase the items that they use for their decor. Anyways, I had the patty melt which was super dry; super bummed , and the sweet potato tots which were super delish so they made up for the bad patty melt experience. I am giving this restaurant 3 stars for now but I would like to go back and try some more menu items to hopefully boost the score.”

“A beautiful walk with a ton of great stores. It's very easy to visit all the stores without getting too tired. It's very clean and linear which makes it easy to navigate but if you do have trouble there are several maps located on corners. It's a good mix of smaller boutique retailers and larger box chains. Pricing are generally within what would be expected for most stores with again, a good mix of expensive and value. The open air makes it super bright and lovely to spend time in but there is enough shade should you need it.”

The mall's been updated most of the stores are keeping up. some of the stores are outdated and the rest of the stores are just non-existent there's a ton of closed shops looking for someone to rent a space.assuming most of that is Amazon but it's still a pretty good place to hang out if you need to burn a few hours.”

“Glendale's Westgate Entertainment center has it all. Great restaurants, NHL games, NFL Cardinal's football. Fabulous Movie theater and outdoor umbrella covered sitting to enjoy your take out meal. “Paradise Valley unfortunately seems to be a dying Mall. I keep coming back hoping to see that more of the empty stores and restaurants have been filled, but it has been years and it doesn't seem like change is coming anytime soon. In its heyday it was one of the best hangouts in North Scottsdale, but in recent years it has waned with the arcade going out along with many big-name restaurants and stores. It is in such a great location and the surrounding businesses in the outer hub are doing so well, it is surprising to see how dead the mall can be even on a Friday or Saturday. We still love to come to the mall for a pretzel or some ice cream, but it would be great to see more stores come in and be part of this great location.”

“The wife and I visited here late one night while my mother was watching my children. We were doing some casual shopping and it was a nice time. However the lights there were so don't to create the right atmosphere that I could see well so of course I had to bring out my trusty pocket torch to lighten the view up a bit and wouldn't you know it some dresses will not extinguish the more you stomp on them. Anyways after chief Everett came by to have a chat with me we were able to finish shopping with my wife. Great stores great atmosphere!”

“Huge mall. Lots of stores and you'll find all fancy brands here. Of course bring your fat wallet to shop here. It has a few nice dining places. I liked that there's a five guys and shake shack inside. Great place for people watching as well. But I wouldn't say it's a critical stop of you're visiting town.”

“This is a BEAUTIFUL open outdoor mall setting. The Biltmore Fashion Park is my favorite mall in Arizona. It offers luxuriously manicured landscaping and high-end designer stores and dining. The B.F.P. offers a sense of community at its finest. It is both child and dog friendly. You will witness responsible pet owners walking their dogs and children playing in the open courtyard areas. This is truly an experience not to be missed...”
