“As soon as you open the door, the smell of slow smoked meats welcomes you! All the traditional bbq you expect, I got the brisket and it was good. The beans had what appeared two types of meat in it! Two types of potatoes to choose from, I got the smoked mashed potatoes and they were great! Served with onion and pickles which is nice! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I went in today and it was my birthday so I got a free sandwich through their rewards thing on the app. There was a man and a women working around 6:00pm on 1/14/23. They were very kind to me and it tends to hit a bit harder when people are nice to you on your birthday so thank y’all again! Tbh I have never had any issues with this location. “The last several years this place has been going downhill so much I haven't been here in years. It had gotten so bad, that there was basically no reason to go. I can't tell you how many times you get there and they're out of chicken, or Cole slaw. Employees acted like serving you was a problem. “On our way from Texas to Branson, we had to find a place for lunch. I pull up Waze and trip advisor to see what’s around and decide on this place. Upon pulling up from the back side, it’s a hole in the wall. But aren’t those always the best?! Yes! This place did not disappoint! The sandwiches are soooo good! I had the club and it came out hot, the meat was thick, and the bacon was delish! My husband had the Reuben because it came with beef brisket and it was the best sandwich at the table! They even had Blantons at the bar. Would definitely come back!”

“My first time there. They had watermelon tea. That tea is the best tea I've ever had. I wasn't sure what this place was like but they have chicken salad made several different ways. Recently, their prices have increased and a “meal” doesn’t include as much as they are charging (you have to pay separately for a drink and you only get a few chips?!?).
