“Just opened today. Food is great. Some similar with sister restaurant Santorini which is one of our favorites. The loaded fries appetizer was yummy! We had dolmades, loaded fried, stuffed eggplant and Mediterranean Bouyourdi. Atmosphere is relaxed, full bar, good service great food.”

“Decided to check out this new place for lunch & so glad I did. I had the Tampa style Cuban sandwich’ & it was one the best Cubans I’ve ever had! The sandwich was packed with lots of meat & just the right amount of veggies & dressing. The owner Hunter is great to talk with & was super welcoming. He even gave me a sample of their rice/black beans & honestly it was the best I’ve ever tasted. Great food & owners, great setting/atmosphere for lunch dining and a side room with couches/chairs to enjoy their great selection of coffees. Vegan/vegetarian options for those who love that as well. All around great experience & definitely will be a regular customer!”

“Store layout is rows and rows of different spices, vinegars, and oils with samples and tastings available for just about everything. Super friendly service. Prices are very reasonable and they always have some type of buy 3 get 1 free going. I've shopped here for years and go back anytime I'm in Hot Springs.”

“👏👏 Horray for Honduran food in Hot Springs! This is definitely a new gem in town. The food was delicious, hot and fresh. The flavors all complemented each other and it was quite the umami experience with the Pollo con Tajadas (chicken with plantains) and honestly, I don’t like plantains!! But I decided to try this place and the dishes how they come bc tastes change and either mine have or they know how to cook delicious plantains. They reminded me of dehydrated banana chips, but soft and hot with perfect crispy bits. I will say the atmosphere isn’t the best but they just opened and that can change- it just has a cold vibe, but you can tell with the art on the wall they are trying. The server was awesome and printed a menu of the Honduran dishes in English, but he also explained the menu and after talking he offered to pick for us and we let him pick two authentic dishes to surprise us and both were AWESOME. The Baleada which is like a quesadilla was better than any quesadilla I’ve ever had and my only complaint is there wasn’t a second one with it bc it was hard to share! Now as far as the Pollo con Tajadas, I really can’t say enough great things. The chicken was bone in and it was seasoned sooooo good! The sauces and the salad mix with the beets- mmmm! I recommend trying it as it comes, trust me, even I was brave to try it with the plantains and I’m so glad I did. Culinary combinations really can surprise you if you give them the chance and I definitely would give these guys a chance. Seating tip: if you are cold natured sit farther away from the door- it doesn’t close well and there’s a little chill and the booth against the window moves so be warned 😅 all in all, great food and great folks. I even met Rosita herself and she was just cooking away which I loved. I can’t wait to return to try the other authentic dishes. So excited for some new tasty treats!”

“I didn't get a chance to try these people out. I went for a banana split but they were out of ice cream and pickles. I think they would be excellent to try! I will come back cause they were so down to earth and friendly!”

“Has only been open a week and had to wait both times we visited. Food is great, it is a bit noisy. Currently working to hire more staff which will smooth things out. Recommend this place highly.”

“We arrived to a cabin without working water, and no onsite manager. When we called, they said they’d be down to change our rooms. We waited and waited. Called back were told a different story. We stayed here before over thanksgiving with all my family. Same issues, no power in the cabin, they switched us. It’s a beautiful spot. No direct lake access unless you have a boat. But come prepared to face anything. This has been a common occurrence. Rooms are always clean, but a business is a business, things got to work.”

“ALLIGATOR SAUSAGE and OPEN ON MONDAYS!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Hallelloo for a bbq place in Hot Springs that’s open on Mondays, and these guys were even open on Memorial Day which is awesome and truly appreciated. Being a true foodie I had to try a lil bit of a lot. That being said, when I go back, I’d get the alligator sausage plate with the whole fried okra and potato salad all day. The brisket was really flavorful, smoky, some crispy parts, some fatty, some meaty- but it’s $18.95 for the plate with two sides so it’s a lil pricey compared to the gator which is only $14.95 a plate with two sides. Both flavors were great but where else are you going to get smoked gator sausage?! It’s very flavorful and sort of has a breakfast sausage after taste- definitely recommend. The bbq sauce was really delicious, peppery, and the meat didn’t really need it but it’s so good it’s worth dippin’ here and there. Now for the sides. They are also a lil on the pricey side compared to some other spots but OMG THE WHOLE FRIED OKRA! Another impressive menu item and was cooked perfectly, it definitely gives cut breaded okra a run for its money. I recommend this as the first choice for a side since it’s $8.99 alone. The fries (waffle style) were okay, they needed the salt packet that came with the plastic cutlery but that’s alright, I was just expecting (and hoping) for those bomb homestyle fries you find at bbq joints but it was alright. At least they weren’t crinkle cut. The beans were good, thick, peppery and a lil sweet. Now the potato salad, AMAZING FLAVOR! Smoky and super savory- definitely a must as your pick two. The Mac n cheese was honestly the only thing that wasn’t much to write home about. I could not taste much of a difference than any other basic Mac n cheese, but add the brisket and some bbq sauce and I’m sure it’s a game changer, just served as a lone side it wasn’t as good as the other options on the menu, and it was a lil extra crispy in some places. Over all, this place is awesome, the humans working it are just as great, and their vision is exciting and worth waiting for. Til’ then, give these guys a shot- we have a bomb bbq spot that’s open on Mondays so let’s support the cause and keep it that way! 🙌🏼”

“The meat pies are fire. The staff are relaxed. My only complaint is things aren't priced, you have to ask how much things are.”

“Cannot recommend Hotel Hale enough. It was a weekend escape and exactly what we needed. Service was excellent, staff made us feel special and appreciated, which was not needed but was a nice touch. The hot spring water to your room is unique and a must. We stayed in Hale and it was lovely, the perfect suite for us (husband and I and our baby!) to hide! Clean, fresh, special, attentive, a must do. Pay for valet parking - there's no designated parking available. Take advantage of Brunch at Eden, it was perfect. While the hotel really has a romantic escape vibe, they were completely accommodating for our one-year old and never made us feel out of place.”

“Located in the Hot Springs Mall, this is the place to go for a quick bite. You do not have to worry about getting an old, stale corn dog, because they don't make anything until you order it. Hot, fresh fries, fountain drinks, and several different combo specials to choose from. The fried cheese is definitely worth a try. It is just like a corn dog, except filled with melted American cheese instead. Be sure and get a lemonade to wash it down with. I liked it! It is a small, reasonably priced place with friendly people.”

“I chose this restaurant for dinner during a small vacation with my 4 young children. I am a single mom and like to save money as much as possible, so I always look for places that kids eat free. It was a Tuesday and I saw that they have this special. I called to confirm and was told yes. BUT wasn’t told that it’s only one free kids meal per 1 adult meal. Didn’t find out til I saw the menu. That bugged me but I decided to just stay because Mexican is usually pretty cheap. Long story short, my bill came up to almost $100, which is the most I’ve ever spent on Mexican! Come to find out drinks ARE NOT included with anything, not even kids meals. So just for our drinks alone was $20. I also got a Margarita which tasted purely like Corona. I added a shot of patron to it to give it some kick. The food was OK. Not enough flavor/seasoning in the fajitas. My rice and beans were not hot. The staff was VERY kind and sweet. Restaurant and the bathrooms were super clean. Decent place overall but I probably won’t be returning.”

“Great grilled burger made just like you like it. They offer several cheese options and other toppings like fresh bacon or mushrooms. Burgers are large and a meal comes with a canned drink and choice of fries or chips. Quick friendly service. Dine out only”

“The new best BBQ in Hot Springs, I tried the pork belly, the sliders, tater salad and cream cheese corn the first time and was back the next weekend to try the rest. Awesome. Good portions, great sauces... will be back this weekend for more!”
