“Not a 5 star restaurant, but decent prices. Many hot items are nuked in the microwave (breakfast sandwiches, kolaches, biscuits and gravy, etc.). However, they are quick to get you in and out, and the prices are reasonable. There's definitely an English language barrier at times, but excellent service nonetheless. There is also a great, fresh salad bar with every vegetable you can think of, there's a grill with made to order hamburgers, etc. (the sweet potato fries are my fave) and then there's a daily special (most times under 600 calories). The one consistent problem I have seen and always hear about when at PEC is the discrepancy in meal pricing. You can literally order the same meal as the person beside you in line, and both will pay a different price. There isn't any signs to explain pricing for meals or ala carte. There's a common perception of over charging amongst staff and students at PEC. If the contractor would be more transparent on pricing, I would likely give 4 stars.”

“this was one of my favorite places i went to while i was in little rock, and i wish i had gone earlier in my trip so that i could have been a repeat customer! i ordered the broccoli cheese soup and a chocolate chip cookie. the man who helped me was so incredibly kind and friendly, and i realized later that he actually gave me two cookies since one of them was crumbling. the soup was good! the broccoli pieces were a bit firm for my liking, but it was still tasty. the best part though was the little roll they included to go with the soup—it was SO soft and delicious. the cookies were also yummy. there is quite a good bit of seating available inside, along with power outlets if you're looking for a place to get some work done. the service is friendly and warm, the food is good, and the prices are super affordable. it was clear just from my one visit that it's a business that's doing a lot of good for the community! can't wait to go back next time i'm in little rock!”

There are two drive up order stations and one walk up order station but no indoors area for customers. The two drive up order stations have lanes that wrap around the building in a confusing manner. “Ate here for Sunday brunch. The food was just okay, I’ve had much better brunch elsewhere.We ordered a chai latte, the Southern Benedict and Migas. The chai latte was overly milky and not very good. The gravy on the Benedict was cold, dish itself could have been warmer too. The Migas was definitely not what you’d think Migas should be. They served limp lukewarm corn tortillas and it was a very much build your own breakfast taco dish. Not Migas. Being from Texas, this dish was a huge disappointment. Taste of the food wasn’t inherently gross but wasn’t great, and not really worth the money for me. I doubt we will be back.”
